When Wearing A New State Feels Unnatural:

When wearing a new state feels unnatural:

“When a person buys a new hat or pair of shoes, he thinks everyone knows that they are new. He feels unnatural with his newly acquired apparel until it becomes a part of him. The same applies to the wearing of the new states of consciousness. Not knowing that consciousness is ever out picturing itself in conditions round about you, you continually look back upon your problems and again become hypnotized by the seeming naturalness.”

HOW TO STOP SELF SABOTAGING + DOUBTING

HOW TO STOP SELF SABOTAGING + DOUBTING
HOW TO STOP SELF SABOTAGING + DOUBTING
HOW TO STOP SELF SABOTAGING + DOUBTING

MAKE YOUR GOALS/HABITS AN IDENTITY. Your lifestyle makes up who you are, quite literally. If you want to wake up early, then start identifying yourself as an early bird. If you want to get good grades, then start identifying yourself as a studious student. And so on.

This helps with feeling more accountable and committed to our goals and habits. However, don’t use this as a reason to overexert yourself.

THERE IS SOMETHING UNDERNEATH CERTAIN BEHAVIOURS. All of your bad habits stem from your subconscious. This is why mentally healthy people tend to think more about their physical health.

The best way to recognise patterns beneath your bad habits is just to talk to yourself. In any way or any form. Identify it, see what might’ve caused this subconscious thought and then work towards a way to replace the feeling that these bad habits give with a good one.

DETACH FROM THE OUTCOME. The more you fixate on the long-term results, the more longer, strenuous and exhausting your journey is going to be, especially because you’re going to want to give up as soon as results don’t appear. Focus on the short-term results.

You exercised? Now you feel good inside. You studied hard and understood everything? Great job for being so productive. You did that one really scary thing? What a great start!

THE PART OF YOU THAT DOES BAD HABITS IS NOT BAD. It is the complete opposite of bad. It loves you and wants to keep you safe, so it refrains you from doing anything ‘scary’ (which is typically new things in our lives) and makes you fall back on ‘safe’ habits which are a coping mechanism.

So, instead of berating that part of you that participates in bad habits even if you know it’s bad, understand it. As these coping mechanisms usually stem from our childhoods, we turn to these habits when we feel stressed, anxious or depressed.

basics of loa

-what is law of assumption?

it's a law that states that everything you assume to be true has no choice but to be true. so basically, your assumptions form the world, your assumptions are the reason for the creation of any and everything in this world. you can assume lions are blue in colour and you'd see evidence for that assumption. let's take some examples from your life, what is the colour of your hair? black/brown/blonde/ginger/pink/purple/green/blue/etc., see how your hair colour is the colour you assume it is? that's loa. if you assumed it was a different colour, you'd see evidence in the physical or the 3 dimensional reality of your hair being the colour you assume it is. it can seem fake at first because of logic but i promise you, it's not! try it out for yourself, like manifest seeing a certain colour or a fruit, an animal, food, a person etc. it is real and it works for EVERYONE.

-what does it mean to assume?/how to assume?

to assume in loa is simply the same as the word means independently. "suppose to be the case, without proof" (google definition), that's all it is. you simply suppose that it's the case even without physical proof, just yet. your assumptions form your world so if you assume something even without any legitimate proof in the 3d, it has no choice but to eventually show up in the 3d. how long it takes for it to show up depends - again - on your beliefs or assumptions. to make it easier to not get demotivated by not having visible proof in the physical reality, it's good to have the assumption that it doesn't take very long for your assumptions to materialize in the 3d. your constant thoughts build your assumptions, all your thoughts are affirmations (affirm and assume can be interchanged in context of loassumption). for example if you constantly keep thinking that you're ugly, it becomes an assumption, so even if you weren't ugly to begin with (in your standards of what you consider ugly), this assumptions hardens itself into a fact in the physical reality by making you match your standards of what ugly is. want proof? remember how the self degradation fb memes became trending in the beginning of the pandemic, if you read those and agreed with the self degradation constantly, im pretty sure you must have started feeling those things show up in the 3d even if they weren't originally there. happened with me and a lot of others. so how do you assume? you think, that's literally all. it's just that simple.

all you need to do to manifest is affirm and persist.

-what does persist mean?

to persist is to stick to the new story or assumption and not look back to the old one. it does not mean that you have to affirm 24/7, it means that you dont affirm AGAINST what you're manifesting and simply STICK TO THE NEW STORY. "continue in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition" (google definition) KEEP GOING, do not look back to the old story so often that your old story is the one you end up manifesting again. STICK TO THE NEW STORY.

-methods

you don't need any methods, all you have to do is assume you have whatever it is you want and persist. THAT IS ALL. if you do enjoy methods or challenges, you can find them all over the community. the most popular methods are probably subliminals and scripting. you can make challenges for yourself so they cater to your needs.

hi everyone, just a friendly reminder just incase if you forgot, YOUR 4D CREATES YOUR 3D so if you are stressed about if you don’t see your results, it’s just because they are forming into your reality right now. just persist and you will see results i promise.

do you ever realize how mainstream it is to believe in gods, the universe, the stars, the clouds, nature, the occult, the angel numbers, the fortune teller, the books, even the lines on your palms, the size of your fingers, and so on.. but never yourself?

you don't believe in the law, which is basically saying you don't believe in yourself. why is that? why is it that we literally look to the size of and distance between our toes to try to figure out our future.. but we can't look to ourselves? is that not extremely pathetic?

we say "life is unpredictable", we're so scared of "life" that we try and look to every other thing inside of it (but ourselves) for answers. why? have we forgotten that we created all these things we fear? why is everything but us taking the blame?

we talk about life as if it is a sentient being, as if it has some sort of control when it really doesn't. why is it that "life is unpredictable"? what exactly is life? what kind of control does it have over us?

please ask yourself, is life inherently unpredictable, or do we assign the role of unpredictability to life with our own assumptions?

this literally goes for anything, another example: is life inherently unfair, or do we assign the role of unfairness to life with our own assumptions?

do you enjoy doing things the hard way, constantly waiting for a response, trying to decipher the signs you conjured up on your own? why must we do everything the hard way?

when are you going to realize that it's all you? when are you going to stop giving yourself work to do? when are you going to just be?

when are you going to start creating beneficial things for yourself and stop creating your own torment?

No one can explain it

There was a time when you thought you were someone, like a person in a story. You would wake up every day, start the motions, do what you need to do, think thoughts, chase goals. It was all so serious. The world, the people, the dreams—all felt so heavy, like they had to be something, like *you* had to be someone. You were always running after something, even when you didn’t know exactly what that “something” was.

And then, one day—you just paused. Not because you wanted to, but because you couldn’t help it. The constant reading, thinking, searching were repetitive and exhausting.

You thought around and realized that everything you thought you were doing, everything you thought you needed, was just… noise. It was as if everything—the thoughts, the plans, the endless loop of trying—had all faded into the background. And what was left?

Can you describe it? Can anyone actually do it?

It was this simple, quiet *something*. Not a person. Not a name. Not a story. Just… *this*.

I couldn’t describe it, not with words, not with thoughts. It wasn’t something you could touch or hold. It was like nothing but something at the same time. It was already here, but not inside of *this* , the whole time, as if it had always been.

I thought I had to become something, but really, I had always been everything—without even realizing it. It’s like I was wearing a mask of “me,” and one day, I just took it off. And there was no relief or grand realization. Just a quiet familiar feeling that said, “Oh… this is it. This was always it.”

It’s a strange thing, really, when you stop taking everything so seriously, so real. There’s no grand answer to find. No secret to uncover. No destination.

Just… this and no one can explain it.

Websites that helped me find my desired face!!

Websites That Helped Me Find My Desired Face!!
Websites That Helped Me Find My Desired Face!!
Websites That Helped Me Find My Desired Face!!

Hello!! If you're reading this, you're probably thinking of manifesting a different appearance. Before getting into anything, we should acknowledge something very important. YOU ARE ALREADY PERFECT AS U ARE!! Don't feel the need to change yourself because someone else said you should. This is just my opinion so don't take it literally, you should only manifest something in your appearance because you personally think it's beautiful, not because Chad or Amy across the street think it's beautiful. Changing yourself for someone else will not make you as happy as you think it will, trust me.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now, getting into the websites!! Finding your desired face can take days upon days. You don't have to have an exact idea of what you want to look like but, if you really want to have one, I would recommend these websites for help.

1. Pinterest

Come on now, everyone knows about Pinterest. Pinterest is the queen of inspo when it comes to finding the things you want to manifest. There are so many pictures of unique, beautiful people on this website, it would be nearly impossible to not find at least one person that has a facial feature that you like. With that being said, don't spend more than a week looking for that one perfect face. There are millions of options, and it might drive you crazy. If you at least can get a group of 1-5 pictures that have your desired facial features, you're set to go.

2. Instagram

Same thing with Pinterest. There are so many unique and beautiful people on this website. There are even accounts dedicated to posting inspo specifically for manifesting. The sky is the limit!!

3. Morphthing

THIS ONE IS ACTUALLY MY FAVE!! Morphthing is a facial morphing website that allows you to submit two or more pictures are morph them together. This was like a godsend to me when I was trying to find my desired face. Sometimes the morphing can come out a bit wonky based on the perspective of the photo submitted, but in general is very helpful if you're indecisive about what you want to look like.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I hoped this helped anyone looking for their desired face. Go out and manifest and have fun. Above all else, know that whatever face you decide on is already yours <3
