I just finished the rescue bots caveman episode, and at the end it looks like there’s another ship frozen in the ice! I’m hoping this means more bots!

Morocco did not decide child murder was ok he was simply trying to do his shenanigans more subtlety. Also side note I’ll probably talk about a few episodes from season 2 that stood out to me.

Rescue Bots -

I grew up watching this show granted I only had access to the first season, so imagine my excitement to find out I had more episodes to see as I began my rewatch.

I’m at the beginning of season 2 so no spoilers, I just finished the episode with the iceberg and the ship.

The family is saved by Doctor Morocco’s submarine and then the family portrait is left at there door. That said I don’t think it’s Morroco I’m thinking the submarine is a bot of some type. That or Morroco has suddenly decided that child murder is bad either way I’m enjoying the show.

Sometimes my hyper fixations last well over a year other times they last a week. I tend to cycle through the same few fixations so I have the delightful experience id returning to fanfics from previous fixations to find ten more chapters.

Anyway TMNT and Rescue Bots are currently my fixations so might see a post about it might not. I’m not a consistent poster.

List of Media I enjoy (this is just here so I can jump back to previous fixations and enjoy them as once I switch I treats I usually forget the previous one)

1 - TMNT - love this show I’ve seen mutant mayhem all of rise and am rewatching 2012.

2 - The Owl House - this show means a lot to me and I really enjoyed it. I don’t know why the shows I like get cut but either way this show is awesome.

3 - Transformers - I like the movies and am watching some shows. I grew up watching rescue bots so that’s the one that I feel the strongest attachment too.

4 - Tangled The Series - I haven’t interacted with this show in ages but I remember liking it and am always disappointed we didn’t get Vat7k

5 - Ducktails - Watched the originals as the kid and watched the remake love Both of them.

6 - Sonic the Hedgehog - I’ve played the games and watched Sonic X, Sonic underground, the sonic movies, and sonic prime.

7 - Ninjago - I watched it as a kid and have continued watching it. It doesn’t always make sense or stay consistent but it’s fun and exciting and really nice.

8 - Monkie Kid - Love this show its so awesome and I can’t wait to see more. I went to a Lego store and they had zero LMK sets I was sad but not surprised.

Favorite Characters from each

Rottmnt - Donnie with Leo and a close second. That said I love all the characters in this show a lot.

Tmnt2012 - Raph, with Casey as the runner up.

TmntMM - Raph and April are my favorites right now but that might change once I get to see more of the characters.

TOH - Gus and Hunter are my favorites.

TFRB - Cody and Heatwave. Love these two this show makes me happy.

TTS - Varian is my favorite.

Ducktails - Louie is my favorite and Lena is the runner up.

Sonic - Tails is a character that I like across all iterations. Shadow can be a hit or miss but I love him I’m the games.

Ninjago - Lloyd and Kai. Love these two big fan of Cole as well.

LMK - Macaque, and Sun Wukong are probably the ones I find myself the most interested in but Mei is probably my favorite character. I love all the characters in this show.

WOOOOO April introduction scene but with Raphael and Casey?!? My two boys… I absolutely LOVEE LOVE LOVE Mutant Mayhem, the movie was absolutely incredible. The only thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been.. Casey Jones LMAO but actually it was so good!! I’ve been wanting to implement my own MM!Casey and this brilliant idea popped in my head so I went with it and ran HAHA

Slight Mutant Mayhem spoilers

CASEY JONES! WHERE ARE THEY. They are one of my favorite characters so where the fuck were they.

Okay anyway my friend took me to see mutant mayhem and we talked so I figured I’d share a few fun Casey intro ideas we discussed.

1 - Athletic rivalry - Ralph is shown to be doing athletics and while I don’t think they’ll be on the same sports team since Casey is a hockey person and Ralph is more a wrestling guy so I’d like to imagine that there rivals but like there is no way to settle it because they play completely seperate sports.

These two are going at both claiming to be better than the other but there’s no fair competition since they are playing to seperate sports.

“I scored a dozen goals”

“I slammed every guy I fought!”

Casey and Raph are a duo that means so much to me and I really hope to see them

2 - Mutant discourse - I know it’s not uncommon for Casey to meet the turtles via them fighting so I’m thinking Casey may either A just pick a fight cause he’s a gremlin or B have a distrust of mutants this wouldn’t work well since we see that the Turtle teens are fairly well liked in school that said I think it’s plausible we still got a few people who aren’t a fan. Option C is he’s associated with the shredder. I’ve only seen this done I’m rise but it’d be interesting to see another iteration of Casey where he fights against the turtles for a bit.

April O’Neil - I loved her she was amazing and I understand Leo’s crush. I was really worried 2012 Apritello haunts me so I was scared it’d be like that but it wasn’t. It was just Leo having a cute crush on a cute girl.

I felt like all the turtles while having certain distinct moments mostly blobbed together as a character. I’ve only watched the movie once and I plan to watch it again that said I hope for the future stuff in this timeline the characters get fleshed out more.

Ninjago Ship Thoughts

First and foremost I’m gonna tell you my head-canons for the ninjas sexualities since it’s probably gonna affect my thoughts on the ships.

Cole - Gay - the entire “dad I’m a ninja” is so fucking queercoded so that’s my reasoning.

Kai - Bi - this man primarily flirts with women but he gives strong bisexual energy and I stand by that.

Zane - Pan - I don’t feel like Zane has a strong enough grasp on gender for it to affect who he dates.

Jay - Omni - I feel like he has a preference for women but I feel in my soul that he’s at least had a crush on a guy before.

Nya - Bi - I don’t know if she’s ever had a crush on a girl but a girl has definitely had a crush on her and she would not be opposed to dating a girl.

Pixal - Pan - I feel like she has a better grasp of gender than Zane but gender doesn’t affect who she likes.

All other characters are up in the air for me. I lean towards seeing lloyd as aroace but I’m not certain. Anyway I’m with my thoughts. (These are in no particular order)

(Jaya) Jay/Nya - let’s start with a canon ship! I like how this relationship is portrayed in later seasons and they have some cute moments earlier in the series, but I definitely like there relationship post Nadakhan the best (I’ve butchered the genies name I know it) Jaya is sweet and I’m happy that Nya was given strong characterizations outside of her relationship with men overall I’d say this is a solid 8/10.

(Pixane) - Zane/Pixal - I love this ship so much, she has half his fucking heart and there both so great. Zane and Pixar are both fully independent who love each other and there so cute. I think one appeal of this ship for me is that I can see the both as romantic or platonic partners because they both mean so much to the other. Anyway love this ship 9.6/10

(Kailor) - Kai/Skylor - I love Skylor she’s super cool but this pair really only interacts once and awhile to briefly flirt before they just go there separate ways. Obviously both of them are busy so it makes sense that they don’t get a lot of time together. Kai definitely had a crush on Skylor and I think Skylor reciprocated those feelings. There cut and interesting but don’t have as much development as they need for me to be compelled to be invested. Solid 6.5/10.

(Llorumi) - Lloyd/Harumi - these two have a fascinating dynamic that I think is really fun to watch but I cannot see them as romantic partners. I know some people see them as siblings and I really don’t see them that way. And again there really interesting as a duo and while I want the pair to heal and improve there relationship I don’t really want them to date. Overall 5/10 cool duo don’t see them as romantic.

(Lloykita) - Lloyd/Akita - It’s pretty cute, I love Akita so I do hope we see her again. There relationship feels like a summer relationship they have this brief sweet period of time together and they leave on good terms unsure if they’ll ever meet again or if the other will still have feelings if they do meet again. I also really like the idea of these to being together in a queer platonic way. It’s really cute and I love both of the characters individually so it’s a pretty solid ship in my opinion. 8/10 it’s sweet.

(Conia) - Cole/Vania - it feels like a lesbian and a gay man being best friends. I love these two I think there great friends and could even see them being platonic partners but like I don’t see them doing more than that. Solid 5/10 cool pair don’t see it as romantic.

(Lava) - Cole/Kai - There so cool and I think this ship is really fun. I think that these two are both really great characters who mesh well I can totally see them dating and think it’s a really cute ship. These two are bonding over there weird ass family lives and crippling self doubt! These two are a cute pair 9/10

(Bruise) - Jay/Cole - these two are so silly and honestly this is a cute ship. I think Cole was definetley involved in Jays realization that he wasn’t straight. I think this is a cute ship but not one I have super strong feelings on 7/10

(Mudshock) - Jay/Cole/Nya - the best solution for a love triangle is polyamory. That said I wasn’t a big fan of the love triangle but in Ninjago since Cole didn’t actually seem interested in Nya, and Nya only was interested in Cole cause a matchmaking system said so. These three are definitely great friends who joke about the love triangle and hang out but I don’t know that it’s my favorite ship. 6.7/10 Cute but not great.

(Polyninja) - Jay/Cole/Kai/Zane - I think this is probably one of the greatest things I have ever seen. All of these characters are so close and care for each other so much. Together they can help each other grow and thrive. It’s really an awesome ship solid 10/10

FNAF is one of the things that I enjoy that falls so far outside my normal interest range that it makes consuming any FNAF content jarring. Spoilers below.

Anyway FNAF Ruin came out Gregory might have killed his friend Cassie. He also might’ve not dropped the elevator. Either way I’m defending that kid, he is feral and I love him.

Also seeing Roxie was great loved her, and Cassie.

So I’m not sure if Gregory dropped the elavotor or if it was mimic, or some other force but no matter what I don’t feel upset with Gregory.

In case one where it was actually not Gregory than that kid has absolutely nothing to answer for.

I’m case two where he is responsible I fully believe he was acting to protect himself, Freddy, and Maybe Vanessa. Gregory doesn’t seem like the type to kill his friend especially seeing how much he cared for Freddy in SB after knowing him for less than a day, but at the same time his desire for the survival of himself and his Bear dad could drive him to choose to drop Cassie.

Anyway just some ramblings.

I just made a powerpoint, recorded a speech, and completed a 50-question exam in 30 minutes. Quality is unknown but I got an 86% on the exam so I'm doing okay.

Side note the speech was on Sonic the Hedgehog because that's my current fixation and thus the only thing I could make myself focus on.

I know this is different from my usual stuff but I'm sleepy and this is the second time I've pulled this type of shit.

I just made a post but here I am up at 3 in the morning making pancakes because ao3 is down and I need something to bring me joy.

Ao3 had been down and I’m telling you all I’m losing my mind.

Baby’s First Deliberate Hair Choice! Now that he’s no longer feeling like a lost child and is entering his proper Teen Angst Years, the boy bought a pack of cheap bleach and dyed his hair in the monastery bathroom. He also stopped using his dad’s hair gel, sporting a looser, more stylish look.

Post Harumi Golden Locks: you hair matching your girlfriend’s is only cute as long as she isn’t a homicidal maniac. After the Oni Trilogy Lloyd let his hair return to its natural colour, which makes it look much healthier. Too bad his newly developed severe trust issues can’t be fixed by swapping out his conditioner :(

Dragons Rising: Lloyd has graduated the Angsty Teenager phase. He is now an Exhausted Adult. All his friends are gone, presumed to be dead (again), he is overworked, has adopted two protéges, and has not touched a shampoo bottle in Months. Just look at those greasy roots. Please let him take a break and also a bath.

This explains why I enjoy Arin pretty well.

Arin is like my favorite wannabe anime protagonist ever, and I have so many reasons for that- Like I mentioned, Arin shares a lot of similarities with Kai- but here's the thing about that, his humble roots put a twist on his character we haven't seen before. He grew up like an average middle class kid in the suburbs of Ninjago city, and was humbled even further when the merge turned his entire life upside down. He wasn't under the impression that he was anything other than someone completely average- and this make's Sora's past such a wonderfully written contrast to his own, because she WAS someone special- but it was for the wrong reasons. She knows exactly how capable she is and that fucking terrifies her. They have such a wonderful dynamic and it's because of the fact that even though they're very similar in nature, the context of their pasts are almost perfectly opposite and their views and opinions are thus complimentary. It's just- augh I mean it when I say the writing blew me away in dragons rising

Ninjago Dragosn rising spoilers!

I’ve stated I love this season, I enjoyed it a lot. It was fun, humorous, and filled with interesting characters! The main charters Arin and Sora are really great I feel like they did a good job establishing them as characters and can’t wait to see more.

Lloyd was great! He’s one of my favorite characters and seeing him serve as a mentor was fun. I love that he got some source dragon powers, and I’m super excited for more world-building.

I love Arin. He’s hopeful, energetic, and determined, he’s interesting to watch and has a lot of potential to grow. I love how he learned spinjitsu and hope he isn’t revealed to be an elemental master. I would be ok with him becoming one via some external means but I really like the idea of this kid just learning spinjitsu through pure determination.

Sora was awesome. Also she feels trans coded with the whole changing her name and having to run from home. Her technological prowess is fun, and I’m really I trested to see more of her elemental power. Her backstory was interesting and she served as an interesting contrast to Arin in terms of how they expirenced the merger.

Kai and Nya. They weren’t there for long and while I do hope we eventually get a Kai focused arc I still found his interactions to be fun. Nya was awesome I was glad to see her and enjoyed that she has yet again found herself being a champion. I love RBG siblings and was happy that we had quite a few interactions between the trio.

The world-building was interesting and I’m hoping the merger means we’ll at least get to see Akita, and maybe some ghosts.

I enjoyed the story and am really curious to see what happens next!

Just finished watching Ninjago: Dragons Rising. I loved it. It was fun, and exciting and I just really enjoyed watching it. I was really happy with how they introduced the new characters and I just love it.

Hopefully I’ll give a less ramble post later! If you want me to talk about anything specific just let me know :D

So I’ve been getting into journey to the west (Jttw) since I really enjoy the Lego Monkie kid series, and I noticed two things about the character the six eared macaque.

1 - some people said him and Sun Wukong were brothers. As far as I can tell there not at least not in Jttw, and in Monkie kid there sworn brothers.

2 - Macaque is not in the original Jttw as frequently as I expected, in fact he was there for only a brief time before getting killed. But there is a possibility he is the Macaque King (one of the seven fraternal sages) an ally Sun Wukong made early in the story.

In Lego Monkie kid Im pretty sure the seven fraternal sages are are Wukongs sworn brothers, since Demon bull king (DBK) is one of the seven fraternal brothers. I was wondering why in jttw it didn’t connect the macaque king and the six eared macaque and there are two options. 1 there different characters or 2 that it’s an inconsistency, the second options fairly likely since there are quite a few instances in jttw where if you think to hard the story doesn’t make sense.

Anyway Jttw is a fun read and if your looking for an easier way to absorb some of jttw, I’d suggest checking out an overly Saracastic production’s videos on YouTube.

Gus is my favorite he wasn’t in the finale much but he was great! This scene made me so happy
