Hypnagogia and Hypnopompia are transitional states of consciousness that occur during the process of falling asleep and waking up, respectively.
Hypnagogia is experienced as you are falling asleep. It often happens when you’re extremely tired or sleep-deprived, such as after staying up late or napping during the day. In this state, you may not fully fall asleep but instead enter a semi-conscious phase. During hypnagogia, people can feel as though they’re “dreaming while awake.”
Hypnopompia, on the other hand, happens as you are waking up. You might not fully regain consciousness and instead linger in a dream-like state. Step 1: Get Comfortable
Lie down (preferably) in a quiet, dimly lit space where you won’t be disturbed.
Close your eyes and relax your body.
Step 2: Breathwork to Relax (2-5 minutes)
Breathe in deeply through your nose for 2 seconds.
Exhale out through your mouth with a gentle "ha" sound.
Repeat this rhythm, focusing on how your body feels lighter and more relaxed with each breath.
Step 3: Focus on the Darkness
Let your breathing return to normal.
Shift your attention to the darkness behind your eyelids.
If you see shapes, colors, or feel sensations, let them happen naturally.
Step 4: Affirm and Intend
Silently or softly affirm your intention:
“I am pure consciousness.”
“I am shifting now.”
Stay calm and trust the process as you drift deeper into the void or shifting state.
Step 5: Let Go
Allow yourself to fully relax, knowing that you’re transitioning.
If you feel close to the void or shifting, focus on staying calm and open.

Yes, I am a highschooler, but I like to refer to my partner as my wife. Similarly, I call her my girlfriend (which would technically be the correct term), the other half of my soul, etc. Also, there's pet names that I use to refer her to such as my baby, my girl, etc. It's an endearment that I use for her!!! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

Imagination is the true reality
There is nothing called 'True reality/ Original reality/ Current reality/ Desired reality'. It all exists in your mind.
Your Consciousnesses.
Your decision to get aware of a certain reality IS your true reality.
'Reality' exists only when there is a perceiver.
There is only consiousness which creates perception.
Things exist only when you become aware of them.
So become aware of your desires which becomes your reality.
That's why the moment you start accepting your desires consciously is when your subconscious reproduces it. People think subconscious is the real shit BUT It is literally the sub of your consciousness. You are the consciousness. Whatever you focus on, your subconscious takes that as truth and reproduces it. You are not tricking your subconscious to thinking you have your desires. You are getting what you want by choosing what you want.
You were always having your desires.
The moment you get aware of your old assumption, you go back to that reality.
Some people feel that it's hard to grasp this (it's not)

no more doom scrolling, no more “i’ll do it later”,
stop yourself before you spend another hour on socials when you could be living your dream
2. “BUTS”
you guys are seriously tiring us bloggers with the “i know we have to stand firm but-” but what? you either have it or you don’t
“i have been standing firm but i’ve been doing that for 3 months now how long is it gonna take” no you haven’t, you’ve been WAVERING for 3 months, they aren’t the same don’t get it twisted. If you have been standing firm you would have it all.
again, you either have it or you don’t, and not for the sake of affirmation, i mean really.
3.TRYING
you don’t try, you DO, you ARE, you BE. simple
“i’ve been trying to induce pure consciousness for 2-” there is no trying, not for the operant power, and i’m not just trying to be motivational, once you find out about the law there is no such thing as an “attempt”, you just DO.
4. (giving weight to) CIRCUMSTANCES
the 3d isn’t real. who’s to say you always fall asleep when inducing the “I AM” state? who’s to say your life sucks? no seriously where is the evidence of that? in the 3d? do i need to smack some sense into you guys?
you’re the one reaffirming your problems to the subconscious mind. because the subconscious mind cannot see or hear the 3d.
you are going to stand firm no matter what happens, no matter what the 3d shows you
5. OVERCONSUMPTION
stop scrolling for it to click, no “clicking” is needed for a god, you KNOW everything you are everything, you do everything correctly. EVERYTHING
so know that you don’t need to watch that video, know that you could literally have everything now if you would just get off your devices, push that fear away and apply
