استشهد بعد ان تزوجها بأيام ، فوجدوا رسالة فيها : "لا تظني اني تزوجتك وانا اعلم ان مقتلي قريب أنانيةً ، لكن تزوجتكي لما علمت ان الشهيد بشفع لأهله ، فأردت أن تكوني من أهلي"

He was martyred a few days after he married her, and they found a letter in which it said:

“Do not think that I married you knowing that I would soon be killed out of selfishness, but I married you when I learned that a martyr intercedes for his family, so I wanted you to be one of my family.”

وخطبتكي قبل النفير

لا لأكسر ذلك القلب الحنون

And I proposed to you before the battlefield, not to break that tender heart

وعشقكتكي لكن قلبي لم يزل

يرنو لساحات المنون

And I loved you, but my heart still longed for the fields of death

وعلمت فضل شهادةٍ

بشفاعةٍ فأردتها لكِ يا فتون

And I learned that shafā’ah is one of the virtues of martyrdom, so I wanted it for you , beautiful

Many think abandoning Qur’ān = abandoning reciting it, and this is wrong!

Shaykh Sulaymān al-‘Alwān (فك الله أسره)

❝It’s necessary to contemplate and ponder over it, since Allāh may He be Glorified and Exalted said:

وَقَالَ الرَّسُولُ يَا رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِي اتَّخَذُوا هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنَ مَهْجُورًا

“And the Messenger has said, “O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as [a thing] abandoned.” [25:30].

Many people think that abandoning the Qur’ān is to abandon reciting it, and this is wrong! Abandoning the Qur’ān consists of various levels;

Abandoning reciting it, abandoning implementing the Qur’ān, abandoning pondering over the Qur’ān, abandoning making tahākum to the Qur’ān, and abandoning seeking shifā’ (cure) through the Qur’ān.❞

May Allah rid our tongues of the desire to backbite others.

May Allah increase us in modesty and trustworthiness and remove the disgrace that has befallen the ummah and restore the honour it has lost

يا رب، تولَّ أمرَهم، وكُن لهم عونًا ومعينًا، ونصيرًا وظهيرًا. اللهم، اغفرْ لنا تقصيرَنا تجاهَهم يا رب، بدِّلْ خوفَهم أمنًا، وذُلَّهم عزًّا، وفقرَهم غِنًى، وأحزَانَهم فرَحًا، وتقبَّلْ شهداءَهم في عليين

Ya Allah , take charge of their affairs, be their helper and supporter, their aid and defender. Ya Allah, forgive us for our shortcomings toward them. Ya Allah, replace their fear with security, their humiliation with honor, their poverty with wealth, and their sorrows with joy. Accept their martyrs in the highest ranks of Paradise.

Glad tidings to these special people,

The few of the few,

The diamonds in the rough,

Those who fearlessly stand for the truth, forbid evil and advise & correct others,

They remain firm and patient when criticized, mocked, and ridiculed by the ignorant & sinful,

The harm and evil of the people does not shake them in the least,

And if it does, they drink the drink of patience,

And they only complain to their Lord,

They continue upon this path of the Messengers,

Swallowing the pain, wiping the tears and ignoring the blame of the blamers,

Glad tidings to you, O chosen ones.

May Allāh keep you steadfast
