i entered the void state after a long time of not being able to. the only thing that has changed from before is that i’ve realised i had subconsciously put it on a pedestal.

at the beginning of my shifting journey, i used to reach the void state often without realising what it was. after seeing everyone striving to reach the void state as if it was something so magical, it seemed like it was something difficult to get to, and suddenly i no longer could enter the void state.

recently, i got a reminder of how simple it truly was. i had not been able to fall asleep, so i was doing anything relax my mind and to relax my body so that i could finally fall asleep. then i entered the void state. after all the effort i had put before to enter the void state, it ended up happening accidentally. thats how easy it is.

no you don’t need one thousand steps to enter the void state.

you don’t even really need to set the intention for it.

you don’t even need to trust yourself, at least i had stopped believing i could enter the void state before this experience.

it’s a part of you. you are the void state.

your doubts cant prevent you from shifting btw

shifting is not going anywhere, and it will still be here for you whenever you want it.
