The shot rang out. I fell to the ground. Stars danced beneath my eyelids, pain bloomed in my neck. With the remainder of my vocal cords, I cried desperately. I was no longer thinking about logic. I heard a voice in front of me, just as Heart was walking away. {Mind. Mind?} I pulled myself towards the voice, and into the arms of someone I wasn't thinking about.

His fingers dug into my entrance wound, trying to find the bullet lodged in. I was biting my own mechanical hand, even cyborgs can feel pain. I felt relief, as the bullet was eventually pulled out. He then started to bandage the wound, talking to me quietly to keep my mind occupied. {I'm so sorry, Mind. I... I'm currently working on your modulator, I took your collar so I could modify it.} And as it was tied off, he asked {...I need to cast Heart into Apathy. Care to join?}

also i had trouble w/ vroid so the awkward chest is just. me attempting to get him a flat chest without having a big hump in the middle of his chest (yes that was an actual issue w/ making his model)
