Spy's design was just supposed to look like a profile silhouette who's face is constantly shielded in the shadows no matter from what angle or lighting you look at him from. He also gets a pet sentient tie, because why not.
I thought it would be fun to make Scout inherit his father's trait except only HALF his face would be hidden in shadows and the rest would be visible to the others.
I gave Sniper some fishbait / hook antennas and crosshairs in his shades.
Anyone that hangs around Medic for long enough eventually just gets those "heartbeat eyes". Just for the fun of it. They also flatline when the person is dead.

In a small corner of Gaza, where the lights fade and darkness falls, Mahmoud sat alone, thinking. Mahmoud's family, which includes 43 members, lived under the burden of siege and war. They lost their homes, and watched their dreams fade before their eyes. Every day was a new challenge, searching for a living amidst the lack of water and electricity, and the fear of bombing that could come at any moment.
"I saw hope in the eyes of my children, but the siege was taking it away from them little by little," Mahmoud says sadly. "They wanted to play in the streets, and go to school, but all that surrounded them was destruction and fear."
Mahmoud's dream now is simple, to get his family out of this hell, and to start a new life in a safe place. But the costs of migration are high, and far beyond their means.
Noha is a story of courage and determination. She reminds us that disability is not a barrier, and that anything is possible if you are determined enough.

i have to pay my second portion of rent and my utility bill by the 15th, aka exactly two weeks from now. i’ll be getting my pell grant sometime in (very) late january, and then my gi bill will be coming back at the end of the month. i’ll also be moving out to a much cheaper apartment when my lease ends in four months, which would literally solve all of my problems
i’m a heavily disabled student who can’t get a job due to again being disabled and my entire week being filled with nothing but classes, as well as not being able to get a work study job either due to times
all together it would be $364

Make him despise Heart not only for trying to kill him, but also for bringing him down to his level. He isn’t supposed to experience these emotions, Heart has infected him with fear and indescribable grief. Make him suffer with his humanity.
No matter how you see him, automaton, cyborg, full robot. He’s derived from a human, he can’t escape that fact no matter how hard he tries. The shot only reminds him of how fragile his life is, I think that it fucks him up for a good while.

The cat did not survive the bombing 😭💔
Hamoud, my little boy, considered his cat part of our small family. She used to play with him and bring some joy amidst the fear and chaos of war. A few days ago, during a nearby bombing, the cat was severely injured, and just a few hours later, she passed away. It was heartbreaking for Hamoud, and I struggled to find the words to explain what happened.
Now, all I can do is try to provide him with safety in the midst of this destruction, but the reality is harsher than I can bear. We are in desperate need of your help to meet his basic needs. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in our lives.

A thunderstorm. This was almost daily during Cacophany. I held Mind during a bluescreen attack, caressing his collar. Reminding him that he could speak again. Reminding myself that I can hear him, even with my deafness. He writhed a little, starting to come out from his attack, until another clap of thunder. He went still, and it hurt me to see it. It hurt me to see him in pain. It made me grateful that I trapped Heart in Apathy, that checkered void with endless stairwells. The thunderstorm started to pass, finally, but it took a while for Mind to recover. [Soul.] {Yes?} [About the incident.] He paused, visibly thinking. [Heart made me taste death for the first time. He brought me down to his damn level.] His teeth gritted, no mouth movement visible as he spoke. I ran a hand through his feathers, gently preening. {It's alright, Mind. He's gone now.} His face softened, and his eyes closed. I could tell he was tired. He got tire dmore easily recently, maybe because of the injury being constantly penetrated. He leaned against me, and fell asleep.
