Kyoko sits and listens intently to whatever is bothering you, or whatever you had go wrong that day
As you’re venting, she’d rub circles on your back with one hand and hold your hand with the other, making sure to give reassuring squeezes every once in awhile
She will definitely make tea or coffee for you to help you feel better
She would then kiss you and suggest you two do something to get your mind off of it
And of course, she’d let you pick what you want to do to unwind, without protest
Not like she would complain normally, but especially not after you’ve had such a bad day
If you want to watch a movie, she would let you lay your head on her lap, and she’d play with your hair as you watched
If you choose to play a game, she’d try not to win every time; but she also wouldn’t completely baby you, for the most part
If your day was bad enough, you might even be able to get her to slow-dance with you
And even though she may be a little hesitant, she would lace her fingers in yours, wrap her other arm around your neck and start swaying to whatever music you choose
After, she’d remind you that even though bad days come, she’ll always be there to help you feel better after-the-fact
The next morning, she’ll see if you feel any better after a good night's rest, and to wish you a better day today
Hajime:
Hajime would pull you into a tight-ish hug and let you vent about your day
He’d listen and nod along, showing he was paying attention, without interrupting you
He would run you a bubble bath and put some nice scented candles around. He might even play your favorite music, to make it a nice (hopefully) relaxing experience, or just sit and talk with you through the door
After your bath, you two would cuddle and talk about things you like, or what you want to do tomorrow. Really just anything to help you feel better than you did today
He would also offer to watch whatever show you want to watch, no matter if he’d normally hate the genre or not
He’ll remind you how much he loves you and how he hopes your day is better, tomorrow
In the morning, he’ll make you breakfast and tell you that he just *knows* today will be better
And when you come home, there’s a chance you’ll get your favorite flowers, either to “Brighten your day if it was another crummy one!” or “As a reward for having a better day, today!”
As if you could control how well your day is, but it’s the thought that counts

16 year old Mikayla Miller was killed by 5 white teenagers and her body was strung from a tree. Despite this obviously being a racist, homophobic hate crime (Miller had broken up with her girlfriend a while before) the Hopkinton, MA police station refused to do a proper investigation or file a report. When Mikayla’s mom questioned the police, they threatened to release Mikayla’s sexuality to the press.

Author’s notes: I tried my best to research what things to do differently in a relationship with a neurodivergent partner as apposed to a neurotypical partner, but I apologize if I got anything wrong, as I’m neurotypical. I did, however, make sure not to take any information from Autism Speaks, because I’ve heard that they heavily misinform and are just overall harmful to support. Anyways, I hope you enjoy and please tell me if anything I’ve put in this is incorrect or just how I can make it more inclusive and realistic. :)

Makoto:
He knew a little bit about what to do differently in a relationship with an autistic partner as opposed to a neurotypical
But he did still want to ask you what you preferred he do or don’t do, and asked if what he already knew was right or not
When you guys are talking, he’ll make sure to use physical tone indicators, to make it easier to understand the emotion behind what he’s saying.
You guys even made a system for what each tone indicator is, so you know for sure what each one is; like holding your pinky up to mean positive indication, and your thumb and pinky fingers to mean joking, etc.
I feel like Makoto would ask for consent to hug/touch you before doing so, even if you tell him you are okay with physical touch
Or on the other hand, if you tell him that you feel uncomfortable with physical touch, he’d make sure to show you he loves you in ways that are more comfortable for you
If you have a rocking stim, and are okay with it, he’ll hold your hand and give you a little bit more momentum so he can feel like he’s helping
The first time you get overwhelmed and overstimulated, he would notice, but it might take him a minute to think of what to do
He’d apologize after wards for not noticing sooner, but it really wasn’t that long before he acted, so it was okay
Stim toys. He would get tons of ads on his phone for different stim toys and would send pictures to you to ask if that’s something you think you’d want or need
He would make sure not to change anything without you knowing and okay-ing it; and because of his luck, changes- in routine or otherwise- wouldn’t often happen.
Hajime:
At first, he wasn’t sure what was different between being autistic or not, so he researched ‘do’s and don'ts of being in a relationship with a neurodivergent person’
He also sat down and talked with you about what works best for you personally
And he does a really good job of following those do’s and don'ts
He even watched for how you reacted to different things in daily life and adjusted what he would do based on what he knew you liked/didn’t like
If you are out with friends and get overstimulated, he’ll know right away and won’t hesitate to excuse the both of you from the situation so you can self soothe and stim, if needed
He makes sure to ask you how you’re feeling throughout the day, and asking what he can do to help
When you happily stim, he watches and smiles, because he knows that you’re happy. If it’s a movement stim (like pacing in circles) he might even join you, if you’re alright with it, so he can bond with you
He’s definitely protective over you, and will make sure that everyone knows he won’t let anyone bully you about being autistic
If you ever want to make a comfort corner, with different things that help you calm down; like specific textured blankets, colors, or even items, he’d help you make it and keep it ‘structurally sound’
If you’re watching your comfort movie or show for the 30th time, he just sits with you and rewatches as if he’d never seen it before. Or he’ll point out little things he didn’t notice before.
He’s very good at keeping to a routine, and will try to keep everything going as smoothly as he can for you

"Aw, it must suck to be in your position right now, doesn't it?" You asked, smugly.
"Why... Why would you-?" Kokichi yelled, through tears.
"Why would I work for them? Why would I betray you? Or perhaps were you going to ask 'Why would you help us through all those trials and lead us all on?'" You questioned calmly, smiling.
He stayed silent; Waiting for you to answer the questions you'd, seemingly, read their minds and threw out.
Before answering, you looked at your "fellow classmates" around you. Kokichi was in rage-filled tears, Nagito was staring at the ground. Makoto had his eyes squeezed shut. Chihiro had tears pooling down his face, in shock. The portraits of all your late classmates stood around the circle, completely unaware of all the lies you'd told them during your time in this game.
"ANSWER ME" Kokichi screamed again.
Getting another rise out of him was exactly what you were trying to do when you left those questions up in the air. It made you grin wider.
You just shrugged, still smiling.
"Why do you think I would betray you? What would lead me to do such a thing and feel not a twinge of remorse? You're a liar too, are you not? So maybe you can figure out my reasoning for doing what I did."
He just clenched his fists. He had no idea why you would do it.
You laughed and then slowly left your podium, walking to the one directly across from yours; where Kokichi stood.
"Aw, don't look so upset. I made this game a little more fun for doing all of this, didn't I?" You cooed, reaching for his hand, but in response he backed up and slapped your hand away.
You just fake pouted for a moment.
"Well, at least you should be glad that you figured out that I'm the mastermind before voting for the wrong person." You crossed your arms. Though you were still smug, trying to get a reaction out of all of them this time.
"Makoto, can you believe I was this close to framing you and getting away with it?" You sighed.
You went back to your podium. "I guess we should get on with voting then, huh?" You said, seeming completely unbothered by the fact that you were about to be executed.
As expected, everyone voted for you. Except for one.
That’s when Monokuma piped in,
"Wow! I can't believe it. Who didn't vote for Y/N after all those theatrics, hmm?? It's a good thing everyone else could agree though! Upupupupupu!"
You looked up from your voting tablet.
Walking back over to Kokichi, you shook his hand.
"I wish you luck. Perhaps everything will work out well in the end." You said.
"UUunfortunately,” Monokuma interrupted, "you all voted INCORRECTLY, besides Y/N, who rightfully voted Kokichi! However, because you got the majority votes, you still die with the rest of them, regardless of if you voted correctly or not!" Monokuma started laughing maniacally. "And Kokichi, because you successfully got away with it, you can walk free! Even though you voted incorrectly... But I'll let it slide! AHAHahahahahhah"
"Wh-What? We voted... Wrong?" Chihiro said, more tears flowing out. Not only had he been betrayed by two close friends, but they were working together to get them all killed?
"I.. Can't believe you two. What could've possibly led you to do such a thing?" Makoto spat out, though he seemed more disappointed and scared, than angry.
"They should call you the ultimate actor, Y/N! That was an amazing performance! Our plan worked like a charm!" Kokichi said, seeming incredibly proud.
You just nodded and smiled.
"IIIIT'S PUNISHMENT TIIIIIMEE!!"

The days just blended together, night and day full of wishing you could do nothing but sleep.
Of course Nagito noticed very quickly that you were staying in bed longer each day.
He also noticed your lack of energy, regardless of how much you slept the night before
I personally believe that Nagito is also depressed but hides it fairly well, aside from his self-deprecation
He may also feel fairly hopeless (I feel like that’s the reason he looks so hard for hope everywhere around him, so maybe he’ll start feeling more hopeful and feel better-) but you’re important to him
He doesn’t want you to also go through that
He’d be conflicted between making you get out of bed, or letting you stay in bed for longer
He’d settle for having you get up, because he knows that laying in bed won’t make you feel better, you’re just more comfortable
“Love, it’s time to get up..”
“..I’m awake.”
“Can you at least stand up and give me a hug?”
He knows you’d stand up to cuddle him, which he hopes is enough to make you feel even a little bit better
But if you feel bad enough, he wouldn’t hesitate to get you a good therapist
Only if you’re comfortable talking to one, that is
He doesn’t want to force you, but he’s got plenty of money so he doesn’t mind paying high prices for the best in the business if it means his partner can feel better about themselves
At the very least, he would remind you that you can always talk to him about anything
He also tries to tell you how much you mean to him and how much he loves you so you know that he cares about you
If he’s taking any medications for depression, he’d offer them to you, if you’re willing to take them
Like with his therapy offer, he doesn’t want to force you so if you tell him you don’t want to take meds, he’d completely drop the suggestion
If you *do* take the offer, however, he’d make sure to set reminders and get you a glass of water so you don’t forget to take them
If you’re feeling up for it, he’d take you on walks to give you some sunshine and hopefully serotonin from the fresh air
If you were less energetic, but still wanted fresh air, he’d take you for a drive with the windows down
On really bad days, he’ll do his best to make you feel better, but will also give you alone time if that’s what you need
He still brings you water and food throughout the day, because he knows you will probably neglect those necessities, even if you want to be alone
At night he makes sure to hold you tight so you know he’ll do his very best to keep you safe from every- and any -thing, including your own mind
Overall, he would do anything to help you feel better
Mikan:
You don’t want to worry her, but you’ve been feeling pretty down lately
She would also notice pretty quickly.
She’d see that you’ve been taking care of yourself less and that you don’t seem to be as upbeat as usual
Because of her medical knowledge, she would try to suggest medication, and would even give you a breakdown of how the meds work and how each one helps with different things
If you deny medicine, she would heavily suggest a therapist, instead

She often suggests you two should go out to get the mail or water the few plants outside just so you can both get a bit of vitamin d, without you having to overwork yourself to do so
If you asked her to do anything, she’d do it if it makes you happier; even if it’s just for a minute
She would take you to go see friends whenever you feel up for it, because she knows the social interaction might boost your serotonin levels
“Hey S/o, I know you said you have more energy today, would you, maybe... Want to hang out with Chiaki and I today?”
“Yeah. I guess we could do that. Chiaki’s pretty calm, usually.”
She would try to buy you small things like a few more plants to take care of, just so you don’t get bed sores from laying in bed all day

Even though she isn’t a therapist, she’d try to help you work out what might be causing you to be so down; whether that be something that’s upsetting you, or just a chemical imbalance, and do what she can to help accordingly
She’d make sure to remind you to take care of yourself and to remember how much she loves and cares about you
She would also hug you, sit on your bed and just rub your back on really tough days, letting you cry on her shoulder and vent it all out
And afterwards, she would always have a glass of water for you so your throat doesn’t hurt
She’d also let you cuddle with her for a bit, and maybe even take a nap together, afterwards

Authors note: Aaa clingy Shuichi is one of my favorite things so I really enjoyed writing this (Even I wish it were longer but I wasn’t sure how to do that without droning on) I hope you enjoy, though!

Shuichi is definitely nervous to show PDA or even hug in public so usually when you’re out of the house the most that happens is he’ll hold your hand or maybe lay his head on your shoulder.
Not because he doesn’t want to, he just gets embarrassed to do that in front of others
He gets flustered very easily so if you kissed him in public he’d probably blush like crazy and go on autopilot for like 5 minutes afterwards
But when you two are at home or in private you can barely even breathe
He will almost constantly be holding you, kissing you, hugging from behind, nestling his head in the crook of your neck, and many other ways of (quite literally) clinging to you
He just really wants you to know how much he loves you and actions speak louder than words to him
He’s like a cat, honestly
If you’re sitting on the couch, he’ll flop down next to you and lay his head on your shoulder or lap
He’d try to let you have personal space but if you’re also clingy or don’t mind having the constant attention from him, he’d go as far as sitting in your lap when you’re working or doing schoolwork
But he would really only do that if you guys have been apart for the day, unless you asked him to, of course
Don’t even get me STARTED on sleeping with this boy

You’d fall asleep normally cuddling, with just his arms wrapped around you, and wake up with his head on your chest, his legs intertwined with yours and his arms snaked around you, holding your hands
You’d probably be impressed and honored if it wasn’t so HOT
Like his body heat probably doubles when you guys lay like that
At least he’s comfy though
And he likes to cuddle for a few minutes before starting the day, and will often account for that
If he needs to wake up early for something, he’d probably set an alarm 10 minutes earlier than he needs just so he can get some extra conscious cuddle time
