second day back at school and I've already lost all hope for my future that i had started to gain back over the holidays.

since pride month is tomorrow FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT: being asexual is not being straight! being aromantic is not being straight!  asexuality: not feeling sexual attraction towards anything- note: this is a spectrum, so some ace people (such as a demis, greys, etc) CAN feel it. just not the way a non-ace person would aromanticism: same as the ace one! just replace “sexual” with “romantic” and ace with aro WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THIS IS BEING STRAIGHT? heterosexual/romantic: feeling attraction to the opposite sex WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THESE ARE THE SAME THINGS? IN CONCLUSION: aro and/or ace people are NOT STRAIGHT OR “BASICALLY STRAIGHT”, STOP CALLING THEM CISHET. ALL OF THEM ARE LGBT+ ALL ARO AND/OR ACES ARE APART OF THIS COMMUNITY. STOP EXCLUDING THEM WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE A GOOD REASON TO (and don’t ANY of you DARE say this post is excluding other identities just because i’m defending this one, and try and make me out as a lesbophobe or ANYTHING. i cherish the lesbian community, all of you are amazing)

My friend Cydney’s teacher believed THIS was ok to put up. It’s transphobic as fuck, and the schools gone into a whole riot about it. People are getting horrifically upset about her. Her girlfriend’s brother is trans, and both are getting hurt by this poster.

NOW despite the fact like half the school is arguing against it, their teacher STILL will not tear it down. She believes this shit is ok. Cydney tells me they’re are now debating on trying to get this on the news.

Now I, someone who is a transmasc nonbinary student, along with all of the friends she told this too, are LIVID about it. And I told her I’m posting this on Tumblr.
