When you are one with the Source, then the world of changes will not harm you. Everything is only like a cloud floating by in the Infinite sky - you're only the witness.

If anything comes up, don't suppress, let it float-by, don't co-join. Don't combine yourself with anything that you see, or perceive, or imagine. Simply notice. Stay with your being.

Your heart is the light of this world, don't let the mind hide it.
