~Studying Tips That Actually Help me as a Neurodivergent person~

This is gonna be split into different sections:

Methods:

The Pomodoro Method -Set a timer for however many minutes, for example, 20 -Study nonstop for x amount of minutes -One the timer goes off, take a break and do whatever you want for five minutes less than what you studied -Once that's done, study for 20/whatever minutes straight again and repeat

Teach It To Someone Else -Self explanatory, but it helps you figure out what you don't understand if something just isn't "clicking"

Practice Tests -Go to ChatGPT, Quizlet, Quizziz, and make a practice test, lol.

Apps/Websites:

Study Bunny -Gives you a bunny that you can study with -Study to take care of the bunny

Quizlet -Practice tests, flashcards, vocab, etc.

Quizziz -Practice tests, and i think you can do flashcards as well

Mathos -Helps with math -Explains it to you AND gives you the answer -More helpful than ChatGPT and (for me at least) has never been wrong

lifeat.io -Helps with Pomodoro method -Join study rooms -Ambient sounds -Create your own study room

General Tips

Drink plenty of water

Take breaks

Get good sleep

Listen to music or TV in the background, I know not many people recommend it, but (if you're ND) you're not exactly like other people, sometimes something like that helps us focus

Remind yourself that YOU ARE NOT YOUR GRADES!!
