Good morning, little darling. Another snowy day; I think the temperature dropped last night. Did you sleep alright? Did you have enough blankies? Oh, your joints are achy. Poor dear; how about we run you a nice warm bath? That should help. Okay, upsie-daisy, let's head for the bathroom. Mama's going to run the water, and...let's see...how about we add some eucalyptus Epsom salts. That should help you relax. Here we go, just ease in...steady and slow. Mama's got you, she won't let go. There, how does that feel? I know, it's not fun to be achy. And this cold weather doesn't help. But once we finish with the bath, Mama is going to put you in a nappy and help you get comfy on the sofa, okay? We'll have a laid-back day, and you can get as much rest as you need. Let Mama take care of you.
(To the person who requested this, I hope you enjoyed!)

Change your profile picture, blog header, and title to something other than the defaults. Do it right now. You will be mistaken for a bot otherwise, and blocked.
Go into Settings -> Dashboard, scroll down to Preferences, and turn off the options in the picture. This will get rid of most of the algorithmic stuff.
Turn off Tumblr Live. You have to snooze it once every 7 days for some stupid reason. It's hosted through another company and will steal your data if you use it.
Go to your blog settings (under the little person menu) and turn off these two settings:
Turn off infinite scroll (lags the site) and turn on timestamps on posts, in the same menu as Preferences.
Reblogs drive the entire site. If you'd upvote something on Reddit, you'd reblog it on Tumblr. You can add text, images, or tags to a reblog, but you're not required to.
The dashboard is the equivalent to your Reddit feed, and contains the posts of all the people you follow, with the newest at the top
You can send an ask to someone, and it'll appear in their askbox for them to answer. You can receive them too, or turn off the settings if you don't want.
Tags aren't actually used for finding stuff (search function is dogshit), but are more for categorizing. People also talk in tags. Because Tumblr is weird, you can't use quotation marks (") or commas in them without fucking it up
You can filter both tags and phrases under Account Settings; doing this will put a filter over a post that contains them, which you'll have to click through to see the post itself. Useful for avoiding hate speech or blocking out annoying stuff
You can make polls in posts. Here's one now.
Likes are useless. They literally do fuck-all except send a notification to the OP.
Very old posts (I'm talking from like 2012) often circulate on this site. There's no such thing as a post being "too old" to reblog
Blocking is highly encouraged; you can block someone for any reason. Even for just being annoying.
If you and someone else are following each other, you are mutuals. Mutuals are fucking awesome and are treasured like friends. Mutuals are a thing on other sites but Tumblr treats em differently.
You can screenshot someone's tags if you like them and add them to a reblog. This is called "peer review"
Sometimes someone will find a blog and go through it and like/reblog a bunch of posts. This is totally fine and not "creepy" like it is seen as on other sites.
Tumblr jokes often rely on Continuing The Bit and a "yes, and?" attitude. Goncharov is probably the best example of this.
We are fucking infested with bots. They will either have totally blank profiles or be filled with porn. Block and report on sight.
Censorship is pretty lax here. I can say "I want to brutally stab Elon Musk to death and watch him bleed out in front of a crowd" and nobody gives a shit.
Don't try to do epic clapbacks here, you'll probably just get laughed at or blocked. If someone is bugging you or spouting bigoted bullshit, block them.
Reblog art!!! Artists often struggle to gain traction on here; reblogging will give them a boost.
Not every reblog needs a comment or tag in it
You can go all out with tagging your stuff to organize it, or you can just leave it all blank. Someone might ask "hey, can you tag these posts as [x]?" and you can decide if you want to do that or not. It's generally polite to oblige, but "no" is still reasonable.
Avoid discourse like the plague. Filter it, block people who start it, scroll past it when you see it. Just don't get involved in it. Ever.
Don't put fandom tags or jokes on someone's posts about serious matters or personal shit
You're responsible for curating your own dashboard; if you complain about constantly seeing stuff you don't like, that's probably on you. Don't be afraid to unfollow.
Follower count doesn't matter much here and you don't have to make yours known if you don't want to.
Reblog, don't repost. Reblogging keeps the credit and doesn't "steal" engagement like Twitter retweets.
If someone likes something a LOT, they might reblog it like 30 times in a row. This is normal
Having a post blow up is actually kinda a bad thing, since it floods your notifications. There's a sort of in-joke about how having a big post is awful and people jokingly try to stop their own posts from blowing up, often in vain.
Get XKit Rewritten if you're on desktop, it's a really helpful extension
In the little drop-down menu next to the 'Post now' button you can either save a draft, schedule a post, or add it to your queue. The queue lets you post things in order at a certain interval, which you can change. It's good for spreading stuff out over time.
You can use Shift+R to quickly reblog stuff and Shift+Q to queue!
Filter your notifications under Activity - you can also see some neat graphs

Actually it’s “In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.”

Hey, I have a request for the caregiver Wanda (and Agatha if you accept) where maybe the little reader is very sick (pneumonia or something like that) and they both don’t know what to do to help after they take the reader to the hospital?
Maybe breastfeeding included too
Warnings: age regression, breastfeeding/lactation, sickness
A/n: fun fact! I had pneumonia when I was 11 years old and it got so bad that I had to be taken to the ER, that and I was severely dehydrated-
Hearing the radio and the sound of the car is what lulled you to sleep, that and how exhausted you were. Your mommy was driving y’all home coming from the ER. You had a severe case of pneumonia and it seemed that day by day, it got worse which made Wanda worry immensely. Then today it was worse than ever so she took you to the ER where they hooked you up to IV’s and put a breathing mask on you to help.
You were there for a couple of hours getting fluids and medicine in you and you seemed to be doing better which made the decision of letting you go home to rest. Wanda agreed with them and loaded you up in the car but since it was a thirty minute drive home you fell asleep but you could barley breath due to how congested you were. Wanda parked the car in the driveway and carried you inside in her arms. She placed you down on the couch which woke you up, causing you to get upset. “M-mommy…” you cry out and Wanda cooed at you.
“Shhhh shhh sweet girl mommy is here.” She shushed you gently, her accent making your heart flutter. “Hurts mama…” you whine out and started a coughing fit. Wanda immediately patted your back gently and grabbed your water bottle to take little sips from. After your coughing fit she told you to lay down and rest on the couch so she can go call someone right quick. You nodded and laid down with your stuffy and turned on your favorite show. Wanda went into the kitchen and grabbed her phone to call her friend Agatha.
Wanda called and told her to bring her best herbs and medicine for her baby. Agatha agreed and told Wanda that she would be right over and hung up. Wanda went back into the living room with you and told you that auntie Agatha was coming over to help you feel better. You loved seeing auntie Agatha so you were pretty excited. The two of you waited for a bit until a knock on the door interrupted the silence besides the tv playing in the background. Wanda went and opened the door to reveal Agatha with her hands full of bags.
Wanda helped her in and took the bags from her hands so Agatha could go see you. “Hey pumpkin! How are ya?” Agatha greeted you with a massive smile. You giggled and waved at her. “Hi auntie Agatha!” You said happily which caused her to smile even wider. “I brought you some stuff to help you feel better. Is that okay?” Agatha asked and you nodded your head fast. “Wes pwease auntie Agatha. I hurts weally bads.” You pouted and she copied you making you smile a bit. “That’s okay! I’m gonna help your mama make you some special tea and some soup! Go ahead and watch your show while we do that okay sweet pea?” You nodded and she patted your head gently as she walks into the kitchen where Wanda is.
The two of them spent an hour in the kitchen making you a special tea and some soup to help. They brought the tray in the living room and found you sitting up, still watching tv with your stuffy in your arms. “Here we go babygirl. Do you need mommys help to feed you?” Wanda said sweetly and you nodded your head yes. Agatha smiled and went to grab her stuff. “Well I’m glad I can help the two of you but I must be heading off now! I’ll call and check on y’all later! Feel better sweet pea!” She said as she walked out the front door. Wanda sat beside you as she fed you your soup and helped you sip on your tea. After you finished both things, you were getting really tired again. You gently pulled on Wanda’s shirt and looked up at her with sleepy eyes that made her melt.
“Boob mama? Pwease…” you asked nicely and she smiled at you, booping your nose, making you giggle. “Of course sweet girl.” She said and removed her shirt and bra, leaving her top half bare. She put you on her lap sideways and held you in her arms as you suckled on her breast. While suckling, Wanda started humming a lullaby that made you fall asleep and Wanda smiled to herself, happy that knowing that her little baby will start to feel better soon.
A/n: thank you for the great request Anon! I hoped you enjoyed and my friend @godhatesgoodgirls is sick so I think this fic was published at the right time so :) Remember to stay hydrated and to rest! I love y’all! :)
this isn't me doing a bit btw but people really want to talk about "transgender milfs" and then treat trans women/fems who genuinely want to get pregnant and be mothers like shit.
like it's a really rough experience feeling that alienated from your body and desires and the amount of hostility towards literally just wishing you could be a mother in a specific way and being upset that you can't is really fucked. everyone is so fucking hostile and weird about bodily autonomy including wanting to have a kid.
like people act like transfems are delusional for wishing they could have kids and society treats the idea transfem uterus transplants as either a laughable joke or a disgusting perversion. like fuck, be nicer. treat them right.
I just wanna be tucked into bed with my stuffie and have a warm hand brush my hair with soft words
"Sleepy time, you and your stuffie all nice and snug?"
Then they proceed to make sure the stuffie is tucked in as well before playing music to get me all nice and sleepy
i would instantly melt into that especially after a rough day
Hiii I’m Addie, I’m 17, a trans girl, and kinda newish here :) I’m an age regressor and a massive nerd(those are unrelated though lol) My favorite book series are the Stormlight Archive and the Wheel of Time!!!I’m also most likely autistc :)
