How to lose around 2-3lbs a week without tracking cals (or much working out)!
Now I know losing 2-3lbs seems like a small amount but it adds up over time, it’s better to go slow and keep the weǐght off then go fast and gain it all back in a week. So here’s a guide!
-don’t only think about food. I know that sounds insanely hard but it’s worth training yourself into think about food less so you eat less.
-you don’t have to workout but try to move around
- if you do workout try to only work out three - five times a week. If you over do it you’re more likely to quit.
-only eat fruit for breakfast ( I eat one small orange or a few strawberries)
-only eat small portions (I find using small bowls helps a lot)
-only drink things under 20 cals, drinking cals is so easy to make sure to try not to
-eat slowly, do something while eating so it helps take your mind off the food
- EAY PROTEIN OMG IT HELPS YOU FEEL FULL. YOU WILL BOT GET BULKY UNLESS YOUR TRYINF TOO
- only eat fruits for snacks/ a VERY small amount of chips
-fast for a least ten hours a day (I fast for around 16)
- have an eating window
-don’t eat at night
you must break the pattern today, or the loop will repeat tomorrow
