3. Relax
4. Focus on the darkness behind your eyes or imagine being surrounded by darkness/in a void (like eleven in Stranger things)
5. Be, exist
6. A mantra (optional) the mantra should arise from trust, faith and tranquility, not from lack, despair and anxiety.
7. Be aware of the void/ enter the void
Treat the void state like your home, and you'll be able to enter it whenever you want.

so a little backstory, even though circumstances DO NOT MATTER AT ALL !
iâve been using the LOA for a couple years, but manifesting my sp back gave me so many doubts but TODAY we just got back into contact đđâ€ïž
we broke up due to stress and arguing, and were in no contact for about a month and a half. he told all his friends he was done with me, and even told my friends he didnât even wanna get back with me because he noticed how âgood his life was without meâ. but i said, FUCK THAT. this is MY REALITY. and i persisted, and affirmed through TEARS.
after some time, he began showing signs of liking me and his friends even came to me, asking questions if i still like him and he even asked my hmb if i still like him. he would literally always be where i was, staring at me 24/7 + blushing, and telling people how he missed me. and all that showed me how powerful i was, but i didnât stop at allllll. and thatâs what happened, heâs back

âsp is so in love with me and so obsessed with me. were in the happiest relationship and he literally reached out apologizing for everything!â
then out of NOWHERE his brother texted me saying âYo, (sp name) wants to talk to youâ and i asked why, and he was like âJust text him.â so i agree, and i texted sp saying âhey, you wanted to talk?â and he said âHi, Yeah.â and sent me the apology iâve been affirming.
WHEN I SAY PERSIST I MEAN IT! THE 3D DOESNT MATTER AT ALL, NOBODY HAS FREE WILL IN YOUR REALITY!! đ I had so many doubts and I persisted through EVERYTHINGGG. Now my sp and I are talking, and we had the best conversation ever . Iâm on ft with him watching him on the game as iâm typing this
remember your constant thoughts manifest. for WEEKS i kept assuming he was going to break up with me, and we started a break and i kept assuming he was going to break up with me before it ended. and guess what happened? it was over. but, i didnât let it stop me. i fixed my thoughts, revised them and now weâre talking again. donât give up, everything is a manifestation and YOU CAN DO IT NO MATTER WHAT. the 3d is just a reflection!!

Life, in its essence, is in constant movement. It takes us from one place to another, faces us with challenges, pushes us toward goals. In a world where we are always searching, achieving, and striving, it can be difficult to understand such a simple yet profound concept: surrender. But the truth is, the art of surrender is the key to accessing the void.
Surrender does not mean failing or giving up on life. It is not defeat or the passive acceptance of circumstances. On the contrary, surrender is a conscious act of letting go of control. It is abandoning the need to manage, control, and manipulate circumstances, people, or even our own thoughts. Surrender is not giving up on a battle, but accepting and flowing with what is, without resistance or expectations.
The void is that space where everything exists without form, where there is no time, no space, no resistance. It is the essence of pure consciousness, a place where thought and duality disappear, and only being remains. Entering the void requires total surrender. In the void, there is no effort, no struggle, no control, There is no need to wait for something to happen. All we do is BE.
By surrendering, we merge with universal consciousness, recognizing that we are not something separate, but part of the infinite flow of creation.
âą Relax deeply: Free yourself from tension and effort. Relaxation is key to accessing the void. Let go of any attempt to control the moment. Just be.
âą Trust : Surrendering is trusting that everything that happens is aligned with your purpose. There is nothing that needs to be âfixed.â Everything is perfect as it is.
âą Total surrender: Surrender is an act of complete surrender to the present moment. When you surrender completely, you open yourself to the infinite, to the void, to instant creation.
In the void, everything is possible. Everything we desire is already present, waiting to be manifested. By surrendering, we stop being the âdoersâ and become conscious creators of our reality. There is no effort. There is only being.
Surrendering to the void is not surrendering to life as something that happens outside of you, but surrendering to the inner truth. By surrendering, we recognize that we are the void, and that our essential nature is to create from that pure consciousness. From the void, there is no separation between you and what you desire. It already is.
The art of surrender is the art of being. And in that being, everything manifests instantly.
So? Lie down, relax, relax with whatever you want, and surrender. And now, just be you.
i think alot of shifters needed to hear this so im posting it here
1: Itâs easy. Donât overcomplicate it. Every time you get lost in thoughts and donât feel your surroundings anymore, thatâs when youâve entered the void.
2: Personally, I prefer to do this method at night. But do whatâs best for you, preferably at a time when you wonât be disturbed. Lie or sit downâwhatever is more comfortable for you.
3: Scratch every itch you have, then lay still once youâre ready, listening to calm music. Anything that keeps your mind awake but lets your body fall asleepâ you should not move so you reach the void faster.
4: Lie still, let the music play for around 20-30 minutes without moving. By now, your body should be asleep, and your mind awake. When the music stops, simply focus on the black behind your eyes and, if you want to, affirm.
Thatâs it.

Void state ~ pure consciousness. Simply put you don't force yourself to be your purest self, you ALLOW yourself to be, let go of everything around you and become the observer of your thoughts.
I'm someone that have thoughts running through my mind constantly and I did at some point think that to be in the state you had to force the thoughts away and only focus on the back of your eyelids and affirm " I am" but that didn't do much for me because I was still trying to be pure consiousness but you don't try to be something you already are at core.
Realizing that, to be you really have to surrender and to observe. Forcing thoughts away is taking action and avtively doing something but with the state you're not doing anything so to go around this you allow thoughts to pass through you. Be the observer of your thoughts and don't engage with them.
let go of wanting to "enter" the void state and simply put.. Just be. Like coming home from a long day and all you wanna do is lay in bed and do absolutely nothing. To have no goal, no desire, no nothing. Just being in bed and being quiet.
We're so used to always doing something to get something, to be something, to have something but being pure consciousness is releasing all of that.
â©I Finally Shifted To The Void Stateâ©
I've never been in the void state before last night.
I was laying down and set the intention to shift. Then I started visualizing and I was really tired at that point.
Eventually my vision went black, I wasn't even visualizing anymore and I thought it was because I was falling asleep. But my mind was completely conscious and I stayed in that state for a while.
I felt so calm and I wasn't really thinking about anything in particular, I was just enjoying the calm and quiet.
Then I felt my position shift. I had been laying on my side in my CR but now I felt like I was laying on my back. I thought it was weird because I didn't remember moving.
I still felt the calm but I decided to open my eyes to see what was going on.
I opened my eyes and I saw the sun shining through my bedroom windows. But this was weird because when I was attempting to shift it was 10pm and dark outside.
I was getting ready to get up and get ready for school but I closed my eyes so I could rest a little more (usually I wake up in the morning but go back to sleep for a few minutes, so I was just planning to do that).
But then I opened my eyes and it was night again. After that I was tired so I just went to sleep. But I'm gonna try again tonight !

Bien eeeh he estado manifestĂĄndo despertarme con una nueva vida , pero cada vez que despierto y estoy en el estado de vigilia automĂĄticamente es como que sĂ© que mi vida sigue igual , afirmo pero el estado de saber es mĂĄs fuerte y obviamente es frustrante pq es como si intentarĂĄ convencer de que lo tengo àČ„â âżâ àČ„
Aunque no sienta que mi vida sea mala la Verdad , realmente me siento cansada aquĂ, me gustarĂa volver hacer las cosas de nuevo pq siento que me equivoque mucho y etc etc...

Holaa! Si es que hablamos del void state, a mà también me pasaba lo mismo, es muy triste y es un dolor de cabeza pasar por esa etapa.
Te recomiendo que no te preguntes "estoy en el vacĂo?", por quĂ© no siento nada?", etc. Simplemente cuando te des cuentas de que ya no estas pensando en nada y casi te estas quedando dormid@, existe.
Si hablamos de manifestar con la ley de asunciĂłn, afirmaciones, etc.
Te recomiendo simplemente creer, yo sĂ© que es muy fĂĄcil decirlo pero en realidad si es un poco difĂcil, pero te lo juro, es lo Ășnico que hay que hacer. Que importa si a la mañana siguiente "no" estĂĄs viviendo tu vida deseada, acuĂ©rdate que el 3D es un flojo đ.
Cuando te lleguen esos pensamientos limitantes y negativos acuĂ©rdate que tĂș le das el poder a las cosas, ellas existen por ti, asĂ que tĂș las controlas. đ«¶đ«¶
