i saw somebody mention bleeding heart ashfur which reminded me of my old bleeding heart ashfur which reminded me of my current bleeding heart dovewing. bonus sketch with jayfeather and lionblaze, i got bored of it because it was too samey, but i might go back and fix it some day.

I really like when people draw Ashfur and Ferncloud as almost identical except for their eyes because it’s creates this really funny image of people approaching who they think is Ferncloud, expecting a cheerful greeting, and instead post-breakup Ashfur turns around who looks like ghoul due to not taking care of himself, leaving the other cat to slink off awkwardly

The only cat who can tell them apart with a 100% accuracy is Cloudtail

leafpool and crowfeather unfortunately! i don't like crowfeather but i think leafpool's fling with him is a very important part of her character. mothwing was originally going to be on the shore staring longingly at them but like i said i got tired of working on it.
