Charles Kinsey, 47, a behavior therapist from South Florida was shot in the leg three times by the police in North Miami while laying on the ground with his arms up and trying to help his patient with autism who had run away from a group home.
It all started when someone called 911 and said there was a man walking around with a gun. However it was Kinseyās patient who was sitting on the ground cross-legged, playing with a toy truck.
The police shot him, handcuffed him and left him on ground bleeding.
North Miami police have not released much information at all. They havenāt released the officerās name, they havenāt given us an update on the investigation. However, they did say that the state attorney is now a part of this investigation.

this might be a little different, but today I am here to expose vile behavior of a white tiktok user that has gained 30,000 followers on harassing Korean men, and getting away with it by trying to appear/be cute
although sheās deleted most of her videos by now (she probably got called out before or received rightful backlash), her account used to be full of proof of such behavior, and she recently went back to posting similar content (does she think people forgot?)
grabbing random people you donāt even know and forcing your touch and hugs on them is sexual harassment and abuse
her @ is 8_alesha
this screenshot of her account was sent to me, and thatās how I became aware of her vile behavior
sheās catering to her fellow koreaboo young audience by continuing on to do stuff like this, and I donāt think she should be allowed to get away with it anymore
before she deletes her most recents, here she is grabbing a random boy on the streets, making him uncomfortable, posing with him and trying to appear cute while he is trying to get away
hereās another example - itās clear that the boys and men in her videos donāt know how to react and are uncomfortable, but sheās getting away with everything because she knows theyāre all too polite to make a scene and are caught off guard
this is so messed up
does anyone have any idea what can be done? can her account be reported? Iāve heard this kind of behavior is a trend among some white tiktokers living in Korea and Japan and that they have a niche audience of kids who eat this up, which is so messed up, we should not be normalizing this kind of abhorrent behavior
Truly disgusting and I hope she gets justice

I dreamt that me and a bunch of other people were in a living gamestop store that had legs was taking us somewhere and during our journey I was yelling at Ransom from knives out for killing my parents while he tried to explain himself. When the store stopped we were near a zen garden and I looked at the koi.
idk can we stopā¦treating a.ce disc.ourse like itās some haha funney cringe compilation or whatever the fuck because it fucking destroyed the entire ace and aro communities. there is no solid aspec community on tumblr anymore (which was by far the biggest number of aspec ppl). exclusionists took our community and fucking smashed it to pieces and y'all treat it as this fucking stupid joke when they traumatized, gaslit, and abused an entire group of queer people back into the closet. fuck every single person who doesnāt take that seriously.

[Multiple people have pointed out that the Sojourner Truth speech isnāt accurate. Interesting none of you bother recommending other resources to spread awareness of what itās like to be a Black Woman while you are pulling attention away from the main pointāBlack Women need to be recognized. If you have such a problem with how accurate the speech is, just know I looked into it and apparently she approved the second version which also expresses how sheās feeling. Letās move on or pm me and I can list some alternatives if itās weighing on your mind.]

Potent minimalist art sends a strong message about police and vigilante brutality in America
Journalist and artistĀ Shirin BarghiĀ has created a gripping, thought-provoking series of graphics that not only examines racial prejudice in todayās America, but also captures the sense of humanity that often gets lost in news coverage. Titled āLast Words,ā the graphics illustrate the last recorded words by Brown and other young black people ā Trayvon Martin, Oscar Grant and others ā who have been killed by police and vigilantes in recent years.
Let us not forget their voices
We need to protect his career that people are trying to destroy
āIām speaking to you from my heart. Look, I donāt know if Iām going to have a career after this, but fuck that. Today is about innocent people who were halfway through their process, we donāt know what George Floyd could have achieved, we donāt know what Sandra Bland could have achieved, but today weāre going to make sure that wonāt be an alien thought to our young ones. Every black person in here remembered when another person reminded you that you were black. So none of you out there, all those protesters on the other side, protesting against what we want to do, protesting against what we want to try and achieve, burn you, this is so vital. I need you to understand how painful this shit is. I need you to understand how painful it is to be reminded every day that your race means nothing and that isnāt the case anymore, that was never the case anymore.ā John Boyega at The Black Lives Matter protest in Hyde Park June 3rd 2020
Can't wait for big cash money time
Wow...
No words...
Now we see what America truly is...
for people who are unaware of why the riots in minneapolis started happening, hereās the facts:
it wasnāt george floydās protesters who started reacting violently; it was the cops.
the protest was peaceful until the cops showed up in riot gear, and started using water cannons, followed up by tear gas and rubber bullets. i got videos from friends who were there, of people screaming and running away from the cops shooting the water cannons, rubber bullets and throwing tear gas at them. they were even shooting at the protesters dragging people away to get medical attention.
speaking of medical attention, dispatch refused to provide any medical attention to the protesters. people literally had to drive their bleeding friends to the hospital because they refused to send ambulances.
cops are using non-lethal weapons in a lethal way. they shot rubber bullets into peopleās heads and injured them. thereās dozens of photos of protesters with bleeding head wounds from the rubber bullets.
multiple people used police scanners and heard that there were undercover cops pretending to be violent protesters who were throwing rocks and whatnot at the police, with dozens of eyewitness accounts confirming that information.
the person who instigated all the chaos last night (it was a fire at an autozone) with the looting and burning buildings is highly suspected to be an undercover cop pretending to be a protester, because the video of him keeps getting taken down. protesters tried to stop him but couldnāt because he had a hammer and they were scared for their safety.
the cops jammed cell phone towers and cut live streams to interrupt broadcasts and to prevent people from seeing what was really going on and who actually started the violence.
the cops lied about protesters being armed and about throwing rocks and are literally trying to continue the violence happening and yet no one is holding them accountable for that.
and during all this, the cop that murdered george floyd still hasnāt been arrested. he has had more than ten complaints filed against him and was involved in three other civilian shootings in the past. and yet heās still out free along with his three other buddies involved, probably sitting on his couch while all this chaos is happening.
so donāt get it twisted. the cops just want to change the narrative to make it look like theyāre the wounded and righteous party, when theyāre the ones who started reacting violently in the first place and are still acting violently. so donāt you ever forget who started this tragedy and murdered someone, and who are continuing to react to the situation with violence.Ā
I will always stand with you

TEXT:
To whom it may concern:
I am writing you about the murder of George Floyd by MPD officers Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, and Tou Thao. These men were not upholding the law, they were committing murder and terrorizing their community. Being fired is not an appropriate response to the crime. All officers must be charged with murder.
We cannot continue this way. This is not the way forward. Use your station and power for change; for good. Give a voice to the smothered. Prove that all lives matter. Do your job.

When the streets clear and the ashes fade, George Floyd will not be forgotten. The events transpiring may very well be plastered into history books. The world is watching. My generation will not fail to tell our children exactly what happened. Your actions now will cement how you are remembered. If you stand up and act, you will be remembered for your bravery, choosing to enact justice. If not, history will sneer at your cowardice. The choice is yours.
