💚Love past? Try No Yolk egg noodles. They are SO good. Coming from a pasta lover I am telling you I can’t taste a difference. For 2 cups its 300 cal. Trust me if your craving pasta give this a go!
💚Tomato sauce on your pasta? Too high in sugar? I stick with any type, no name, brand name and I add some water to it. It will be watery but adding water to it will make it less sweet and you won’t need very much. It will just give it a little flavor on your noodles
💚Sick of shakes with water? Missing milk in your cereal? Try Silk Not sweetened almond milk vanilla flavor. For a cup its only 30 cal and even tho its not sweet (I find it sweet) it still tastes so good in shakes and in cereal.
💚Is water boring to you? Try adding a no cal no sugar sweetener to it. I know most grocery stores have their own brand of the crystal light squirt stuff so buy some of that, add a bit at a time and add some ice. There you have a nice cold glass of ice tea with no cal or sugar!
💚Stevia is much better then Spelenda. Try cutting back both but if needed use stevia.
💚Eggs are high in protein and a great snack that leaves you full after!
💚Protien / all in one shakes. They are an amazing meal replacement. Right now I am using isagenix chocolate dream shake and it’s so good! Almost good enough for a dessert!
💚Try to limit fruits. As you know they are already very sweet from their own natural sugar. Sugar is very addictive and even natural sugar isnt good for you!
💚Plain oatmeal? Add some stevia to it. Trust me it will taste a lot better and your adding no real sugar!
💚Special K Cracker Chips! They are my weakness. I love salt and vinegar chips but clearly they don’t help with weight loss. 18 of these crackers are only 80 cal. Perfect snack. Perfect for late night cravings!
💚Popcorn! On a weekend night turn on a movie and feeling a bit munchy? Popcorn is safe in moderation. No butter tho!
💚Need protein but don’t want the cal/fats in red meat? Try seafood! I love shrimp and to me that’s like heaven! A bowl of shrimp vs a steak, whats better!
