ok im making a list of all the reasons i want to be skinny to look back on when i want to binge/make bad decisions
- to be comfortable and confident in my body
- to prove that I can do it to everyone who thinks I’m chasing some unattainable goal
- to wear whatever i want and not plan my outfit according to bloating
- to wear a swimsuit and be confident in it
- to not feel like a whale around my next bf/gf
- to not have thigh/back fat chafing when i run
- to not have my family/friends make comments whenever i eat anything
- to feel like i deserve to teach fitness classes and teach nutrition at uni
- to like what i see in the mirror
- to be able to eat what i want sometimes and not have it ruin the day
- to enjoy moments and events without being hyperfocused on my body
- to see my collarbones/ribs/spine/sternum/cheekbones/jawline
- to feel light and delicate
- to sit in people’s lap/have people pick me up and say how light i am
- to be thinner than my sister
- to be thinner than my best friend
- to run without this extra weight jiggling and slowing me down
- to be desired and envied instead of pitied
- to wear other people’s clothes without worrying if it will fit
- to visit friends/family i haven’t seen in a while and them to notice my weight loss
if i think of more ill add them, this is just my list and not meant to trigger/offend anyone!!

- Try out clothes + outfits
- Listen to music
- Go for a walk (10k steps?)

Don't want to do any of these / Still hungry ?
· Drink some juice, preferably low cal
· Have a small snack + make it aesthetic
· Eat something high in protein (Makes u full)
Or, give in to what you wanted, no matter the calories, but-! eat until you're satisfied, not full, you can have the rest of what you wanted to eat later, it feels so good when you originally wanted to eat a whole chocolate bar, and although you gave in and ate half, you didn't eat it all!
If you fucked up, don't fuck it up even more, calories don't reset at midnight.
