Listen, old habits die hard. And Megatron is really hard to kill.
A little collection of shattered glass tfp edits I've made over time (part 1/?, I won't chill until I redraw all of them)
'You got sad eyes, Mister. Like you've seen sad things...'
Nightshade found a trailcam and wanted to say hello!
As for Alex, well... he got a bit startled LMAO (might adjust some hues in the upper image for fun or later edits)

Next up in my AU, Team Prime’s most skilled fighter who values her privacy, Arcee.
Reserved, sassy, and occasionally cynical, Arcee may come off as the most distant member of the team (she is), but she holds no ill-will towards her teammates and respects them… to some extent. She wields her sword and a lot of knives and is exceptionally skilled in melee combat. This choice of arsenal is reflected in a swift and direct fighting style too ruthless and out of place for a mere Autobot soldier. While she won’t think twice about fighting alongside her teammates, she’s not going to hold their hands at her own expense. She prioritizes one thing above all else: survival.
Dwelling in poverty within the underground levels of Kalis, Arcee worked, stole, and fought every day to protect her sister Firestar, who suffers from a processor disconnect that left her erratic and compulsive. When the war began and Kalis seceded to the Decepticons, they were both “offered” an escape.
Firestar was designated as Flamewar.
Arcee? Nightbird.
Nightbird was assigned covert and reconnaissance operations, eventually receiving assassination missions targeting Providence governors, senators, and Autobot commanders. Even Optimus Prime himself on one occasion, but failed after underestimating him. As the war became bloodier, more neutrals were caught in the crossfire and any who remained in Decepticon territory were treated poorly. Nightbird began questioning her leader’s motives and realized she couldn’t fight for them anymore. She approached her sister with a plan to escape off world, but Flamewar had become so ideologically devoted to the Decepticon cause it led to a violent confrontation and Arcee fled on her own.
Somehow, Arcee ended up joining the Autobots and is stuck on some rock with the very leader she tried to offline, but Prime seems content with her for some reason. As for their mission, she does not see the point and is just counting down the days until something happens. She does have some entertainment with her new wood carving hobby and whatever human media Bee bugs her with. Flam- Firestar does come up in her thoughts sometimes… wondering if she’s still out there.
Final member of Team Prime in my AU, Hot Rod.
What Hot Rod lacks in experience he makes up for in both skill and wits. Qualities he learned in the Cybertron Elite Guard where he was praised as a matchless prodigy, and he feels self-obliged to fulfill that potential. That grit along with his talents landed him in Team Prime as one of his top lieutenants. As a highly trained combatant and a sharpshooting archer with his energon bow, Hot Rod knows he’s one of Optimus’ best fighters, if not his most important soldier. Especially here on Earth.
Except, Prime has serious doubts about him and he worries Hot Rod’s rapid trajectory up the Autobot ranks has gotten to his head. While an exceptional fighter whose eager lead, Hot Rod has shown himself in the past far too reckless and impatient to warrant him being a commander. He possesses a fixation at achieving victory at all costs, even at the expense of his fellow Autobots or himself. This stubbornness and lack of humility leads to Hot Rod fighting with pure arrogance and Optimus fears for his well-being.
Team Prime’s acting medic, Red Alert, and her Mini-Con assistant, Jolt!
No one on the team has ever seen Red Alert smile. Ever. She thinks and acts solely through the lens of logic and caution, always stone-faced while tending to her tasks with upmost seriousness. Throughout the day (and nights), she keeps herself busy by reviewing databanks, equipment, and hounding her teammates for diagnostic checkups. Mistaking her for a drone wouldn’t be surprising, until you were a victim of her scolding or heard her snapping back at Arcee’s sass. She doesn’t mince her words whatsoever and can be pretty harsh, even to Optimus, but she’s just jaded after years as a combat medic watching too many bots die under her care.
Jolt on the other hand is more chill and chattier compared to her senior. Now, don’t get her wrong. She takes her medical work seriously but she’d rather not be an uptight crouch about it. With Red Alert as detached as she is, Jolt takes it upon herself to lend a shoulder and be an emotional anchor for her teammates. And has a personal mission to make her friend smile and live a little. She might be small, but being a Mini-Con has its advantages in making precise repairs or navigating tight spaces. She’s also a bit of a “jack-of-all-trades” on base. Bring her anything and she’ll have it fixed in half a day… maybe. Her main specialty is in electrical work, both in maintenance and in medical operations with module systems and circuitry.
The two met when Jolt's engineering team were being retrained into medics and Red Alert was their instructor. Back then the Heli-Bot had just lost her hand and couldn't properly transform, making her more harsh and irate. The other trainees loathed her, but Jolt felt bad and wanted to help her in some way. She started talking to her and very gradually chipped her walls down to a point where they got along. Then during a lecture on limb repair, Jolt got an idea. By using her ingenuity along with the medical skills she learned, they converted Red Alert's arm into an Interlink Multi-Tool but far more versatile. Red Alert was grateful and took Jolt on as her assistant and the two have been inseparable ever since.
