Team Prime’s acting medic, Red Alert, and her Mini-Con assistant, Jolt!
No one on the team has ever seen Red Alert smile. Ever. She thinks and acts solely through the lens of logic and caution, always stone-faced while tending to her tasks with upmost seriousness. Throughout the day (and nights), she keeps herself busy by reviewing databanks, equipment, and hounding her teammates for diagnostic checkups. Mistaking her for a drone wouldn’t be surprising, until you were a victim of her scolding or heard her snapping back at Arcee’s sass. She doesn’t mince her words whatsoever and can be pretty harsh, even to Optimus, but she’s just jaded after years as a combat medic watching too many bots die under her care.
Jolt on the other hand is more chill and chattier compared to her senior. Now, don’t get her wrong. She takes her medical work seriously but she’d rather not be an uptight crouch about it. With Red Alert as detached as she is, Jolt takes it upon herself to lend a shoulder and be an emotional anchor for her teammates. And has a personal mission to make her friend smile and live a little. She might be small, but being a Mini-Con has its advantages in making precise repairs or navigating tight spaces. She’s also a bit of a “jack-of-all-trades” on base. Bring her anything and she’ll have it fixed in half a day… maybe. Her main specialty is in electrical work, both in maintenance and in medical operations with module systems and circuitry.
The two met when Jolt's engineering team were being retrained into medics and Red Alert was their instructor. Back then the Heli-Bot had just lost her hand and couldn't properly transform, making her more harsh and irate. The other trainees loathed her, but Jolt felt bad and wanted to help her in some way. She started talking to her and very gradually chipped her walls down to a point where they got along. Then during a lecture on limb repair, Jolt got an idea. By using her ingenuity along with the medical skills she learned, they converted Red Alert's arm into an Interlink Multi-Tool but far more versatile. Red Alert was grateful and took Jolt on as her assistant and the two have been inseparable ever since.
And here are the remains of this year’s inktober! It was hard getting into the flow of things at first, but I made it!
It was nice to see the improvement and learning new inking techniques. Now to sleep for 20+ hours onto new projects!
Day 30: Jolt. He hasn't had a visitor in months, so he's really excited.

Inktober 2018 Day 30
“Jolt”
Second to last one yall. While inktober was fun, man it was hard to keep up. I’m Just glad that I found a way that allowed me to do every day, because if these pieces were on bigger sheets of paper, heaven knows i would have only been able to do one day with how detailed i can get.
