Reason and Logic are a limit, you are limitLESS.
Stop using logic. Stop making reasons why things are the way they are, because they will just limit you, especially when you want to change your assumptions or declare a new reality.
What I mean is, instead of going;
"Why don't they invite me with them? They must not like me, maybe I should wear more makeup and eat ninety-nine carrots per day like they do and I can fit into their group! I hope they like me!!"
Try going;
"They don't like me? Lol. Now they do."
See how much simpler the second example was? No overcomplicating, no making yourself confused because you're trying to make it make sense, no limiting. It just IS what it IS. There is no actual reason for ANYTHING, reason and logic are illusions, and it's just as easy to toss them out the door instead of trying to justify everything. No. You have what you want. That's it. No "because XYZ," no "how can I have it all if...." no reason. You just have what you want.

Fair warning as this is a pretty long post essay (!) so maybe grab a cup of tea or something :) If you are really new to all this then take some time to really process it, there is no rush. My personal notes and highlights are in pink for main points and purple for 'action' points.
May we all realize our Self âĄ
There would be no steps necessary, no process to undertake if you would just establish yourself in the I AM alone. You are so lost in your play you forget reality. 1 If you are "I AM", it means you are not the person experiencing the world/thoughts/circumstances, you never were. 2
The external world, you control it (because it is you!, in you), you make it, fully, even when you tell yourself you don't. 3 To know yourself as the source of all that is, you have to first remove the veil of what's stopping you from seeing it in the first place. To know your real being, you have to first abandon what you thought yourself to be. 4 There is no external life, there is no need to use any methods to recondition or train your mind. It is much faster, much easier and you are hundreds times happier just letting go of the mind. 5 The process is one of letting go more and more until you find yourself having nothing, being nothing. The thing about nothing though is that it's the only thing that can take the shape of everything. 6
A jeweler who wants to refashion an ornament, first melts it down to shapeless gold. Similarly, one must return to one's original state before a new name and form can emerge. The only way to renewal lies through destruction. You must melt down the old jewellery into formless gold before you can mold a new one. Stop thinking you are Vanessa, the thoughts of needing this or that drop away. By thinking you are it, you create a character who desires and then identify yourself with it. You can only have when you let go of thinking that you don't. To change, you need to give up this conviction of being this person. You need to disbelieve. 9
Most of you can't change because you are so desperate TO change... but there is nothing to want to change. Things just are. Don't work with changing self, just realize who self actually is. 10
You have it, all is well. Just stop believing the illusions born out of thinking you're a person. 11
Unless they understand who they really are, that Vanessa is a habit and nothing more - that nothing has existence outside of awareness, including her, that awareness assigns reality and is the only reality - they're always going to struggle to control something and get frustrated they don't see what they think they're aware of. What you're aware of is what you're being. You can't be aware of being something new while also being Vanessa. 12
Knowing is being. If you really knew, the thing you knew would be materialized. You know you are Vanessa so you're being Vanessa. Would you want Vanessa if you were her? No. You are her so you don't desire her. And you won't be able to be Vanessa 2.0 if you don't shed this Vanessa first. That is, let go of thinking the thoughts are yours. 8
Your memories of the life Vanessa lived are now and not in a past. You are imagining her past being now. Her past exists now because you are aware of it now. If you were Lara you would be aware of a different past, still now. Basically there was no yesterday and you are imagining "a past having been" today. 13
Anon: "Do I have to endure the world while I know my self as awareness and disbelieve that I am Vanessa???" Ada: THE POINT OF KNOWING YOURSELF AS AWARENESS IS TO DO WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT AT ALL TIMES, FOREVER. It's complete, incomparable freedom and power. It's the only real love. 14
You are either your Self with nothing attached to it or you're an ego. Disbelieve you were ever her. See what happens. 41
A lot of beliefs are subconscious. "I am a body", "I am Vanessa", "There is a world" are all subconscious, automatic beliefs. Upon investigation you can get rid of any belief (by making them conscious and then dropping them). 15 How do you drop a belief? (see part 1 and part 2)
HOW TO STOP?
The body and the mind are only symptoms of ignorance, of misapprehension. Behave as if you were pure awareness, bodiless and mindless, spaceless and timeless, beyond 'where' and 'when' and 'how'. Dwell on it, think of it, learn to accept its reality. Don't oppose it and deny it all the time. Keep an open mind at least. Make your mind and body express the real which is ALL and beyond all. By doing, you succeed. - I Am That, Nisargadatta Maharaj
You need not take time to meditate or put time aside to contemplate and "apply". All you need to do is detach from this form during the day, let life happen as it happens while reminding yourself it's a dream, a dream that doesn't have to be yours. 16 It is your own desire to hold on to it that creates the problem. Let go. Stop imagining that the dream is yours. As long as you give reality to dreams, you are their slave; see all as a dream and stay out of it. 17
You imagine that there is an external world in which the you that you're identified with lives, but all of that is in your mind. Stop imagining it's true and it dissolves, which can only mean it never was. Which can only mean you assigned reality to it by thinking you're it 18
I've said it before, you don't have to convince Vanessa that she's unreal. Just stop taking the thoughts you don't like for truth or reality. There is no convincing involved, it is all letting go... you're holding so tightly onto your ideas now, that's why you can't see their falsity. 19 You don't have to convince anyone of anything. What I teach here is to leave your mind alone, that is all. Don't go along with it. 2 Thoughts will keep on coming for a while, just now you know they have nothing to do with you. Get into a habit of watching, letting them be but not identifying with them. If you can observe them, it means you are not them. 32 Doesn't matter what the thought is, leave it alone, ignore it BUT not by force of will, just indifference. We've established you aren't the ego, alright? Thoughts, right now, are from the ego. 20
Thoughts of the past life come, remember they no longer have anything to do with you. Literal full delusion (I only call it that because after being identified with a person for so long, it's mind-blowing to grasp you are not that). Thoughts are not yours, complete indifference - no need to fight them. Where they come from, none of your business. Only know they are not yours. YOU not being in your desired reality is a thought, got it? This body and this world are not forced onto you, they exist through your identification with them. Not yours, remember? Repeat. Not yours. You won't lose your mind, you'll only lose your misery. After you've detached, you'll easily shift to as many realities as you want - don't put any on a pedestal of desire, they are equal. See this world and the body as not real first. What is true is only what I AM is identified with, right now this body which is not in that TV show (referring to anon's desire). Correct this first by letting go of thinking it's you. 21
You don't need to convince yourself they're unreal, just dismiss them as not yours. They will disappear more and more through your newfound indifference, then their physical counterparts will, too. Detachment is by doubt and indifference. First you start doubting "the facts", then you become indifferent to the facts, lastly there are no facts anymore and you can establish your own. 20
Start letting go bit by bit, just to see what happens, you won't start "acting crazy" just because you become uninterested in thoughts, I promise 22
What I recommend you to do is bring your self into focus, become aware of your own existence. See how you function, watch the motives and the results of your actions. Study the prison you have built around yourself because of credulity. By knowing what you are not, you come to know your self. The way back to your self is through refusal and rejection. 23
Here's a scale of emotions you go through, from bottom to top: apathy, grief, fear, hostility, anger, indifference, acceptance, freedom finally - and then unlimited, independent joy. You can review this to see where you are on the journey and what should come next. You can't skip them, all of them have to happen for you to have the all. 14
Do not try to understand any more, just be. And let other things be as they are. Even if you're not happy about what you see, there is no way around it besides accepting it. As long as you fight it and try so hard & incessantly to change it, you're only giving it further reality. 14
If you are angry or in pain, separate yourself from anger and pain and watch them. Step away and look. The physical events will go on happening, but by themselves they have no importance. It is your mind alone that matters. When you identify yourself with them, you are their slave, you think you have to act on them. When you stand apart, you are their master. 24
One thing is certain: the real is not imaginary, it is not a product of the mind. 23
You are beyond the mind. Mind and body become your servants once you discover your Self. The present moment is all that is, so yes - become aware of having never been the ego, of your ego being just one of your creations. Ego is the concept of individuality, of separation from the âI", and the All. Therefore ego is a false assumption. We are really the Supreme Reality, we are not separate from It. To "fix" the separation, reject what you are not. Only look at who you are, over and over and over until it becomes the permanent identification and replaces the ego. 25
Once you are convinced that you cannot say truthfully about your self anything except âI amâ, and that nothing that can be pointed at, can be your self, the need for the âI amâ is over â you are no longer intent on verbalising what you are. All you need is to get rid of the tendency to define your self. All definitions apply to your body only and to its expressions. Once this obsession with the body goes, you will revert to your natural state, spontaneously and effortlessly. 23
Drop the false ideas first and watch. After what keeps you stuck goes, you can do whatever you want. You can think the ugliest thoughts and nothing will happen if you know yourself as who you are. It's your identification with the thought that causes the thought to be true. 26
The guilt is because you think you're running out of time and you need to change "your" life now. Be patient with yourself because you don't lose any time, just get to that place I'm telling you about and then you can just go back in time if you so wish. All worry is pointless! And there is nothing to fear, things just happen, do not claim them as yours for a while. Unclutter your mind, it becomes your servant after you've freed it enough. 27
She (Vanessa) will vanish yes, you ask how because you still think waking is more real than a dream. Do your dreams not vanish? Do you wonder how they vanish? They just stop existing all of a sudden when you go into another dream (waking). What if you've lived all your life as Ada and woke up one morning and were suddenly Vanessa with no memory of Ada, would you know anybody vanished? Nope. All you know is who you are right now (because present is all that is), which is Vanessa. 28 Leave poor Vanessa alone, with both her desires and fears, disbelieve you are her until reality becomes self-obvious.
By being your Self you gain the freedom of existing as anything, anytime. You don't lose Vanessa's pretty body if you don't want to stop imagining yourself as being Vanessa with her pretty body. 29
Nothing is lost, awareness just shifts. You can always go back. We're just removing the obstacles that stop you from having this freedom of choice (your identification with this person). You can completely wipe out Vanessa's existence as well. Later if you change your mind, you can make it so that she actually existed again. You are no form, you are formless, the form only is when you imagine there is a form, be your favorite form and dream beautiful dreams :) 30
There is no difference between sleeping and waking, awareness is the background of both. You just think the waking state more real because you've dreamt it over and over and reinforced your belief. They're equally imaginary. Become aware of this and life will forever be a breeze. 31
All depends on you. It is by your consent that the world exists. Withdraw your belief in its reality and it will dissolve like a dream. Cease from looking for happiness and reality in a dream and you will wake up. - I Am That, Nisargadatta Maharaj 17
Your next step will be realizing there is nothing to learn in a dream. You'll find yourself having less and less thoughts, then none at all. Then, only if you want, you will be able to reinstall the mind, now of your choice, and change the dream. 16
Past doesn't come up anymore, memories don't come up anymore after you've ignored (thoughts) & detached yourself enough. They just don't. You can think freely now about being something different. If you can't, don't get mad, don't blame, only know that the one that's doubting isn't you, so the doubts are totally fine to be. They'll be for a while and then they dissolve too, because by ignoring, not getting involved - you forget. And by forgetting not only do you free up so much mental space, but possibilities of what can be, become unnumbered. 36 Anon: Is it okay to feel completely indifferent after learning about this stuff? Like, not feeling as worried about what is playing in front of me since I know its not me Ada: That's the goal. Then become indifferent to the thoughts you get as well. Those aren't yours either. You'll become aware they've dissolved & you can reconstruct the mind however you want because you have no attachment to past beliefs anymore. 33
Even the process is very beautiful... but the very best is when your Self becomes the permanent background instead of Vanessa. Now you always return to Vanessa, later you'll forget to consider her ⥠Dream not of a character who wants and desires, there is nothing to long for â only things to be. 16
To not depend on anything but everything to depend on you is a top state you can grasp with no method. 5 The experience is of being empty, uncluttered by memories and expectations; it is like the happiness of open spaces, of being young, of having all the time and energy for doing things, for discovery, for adventure. A sense of 'there is nothing wrong with me. I have nothing to worry about'. But not one you condition yourself into like you conditioned yourself into a body, it is one that naturally and effortlessly dawns on you by itself when you reject all else, because it is your natural state. 34 Real freedom and real love only emerge when you're not identified with a transient ego. 35
All you are doing is becoming lucid. Becoming able to control the dream. You won't be able to, unless you step out of it. That is, stop thinking this story you tell yourself is true. When Vanessa is no longer all you are, you'll be able to 'change reality' the way you change the film in a video projector. You'll be able to have as much fun in the play as you want to, change it when you no longer want this one specifically. The emotions of the character are fun and welcomed, because they no longer imprison you, there's the background of love to it all - that once you gain, it can't be lost, it's ever present. 36
What you are identified with materializes. If you are not, it disappears. 37
Just let go of the ego, thatâs how simple it is. All you need to fix is your wrong identification. There isn't anyone who couldnât materialize anything right now if he or she would just let go of identifying as the limited body. 38
Only by letting go of all do you gain everything. But once it's done, it's done irreversibly. Fear is no more, control is fully yours. You are free, completely. And with the bliss of freedom no human pleasure compares. You become full love, full power. The absolute and only power. Sooner or later, you will arrive at the same conclusion. You can't stop being what you are, all else can stop existing, but you can't. The only thing you have a choice in is delaying seeing it by thinking you are this or that. Only see it (I Am), then you can imagine whatever you want and it will be. 39
If you project the world, it is within your power to change it. But you must stop identifying yourself with it first. Go beyond, then you have all the power to destroy and recreate. All everybody wants is to be free, but to do that you must know two things: what you are to be free from and what keeps you bound. 2
Your own self is your ultimate teacher, the outer teacher is merely a milestone. It is only your inner teacher that will walk with you to the goal, because he is the goal. - Nisargadatta Maharaj 40

Experience is the best teacher and learning from other's experiences and how they applied this knowledge can be really valuable and insightful. I don't define success based on materialising things necessarily although that is one result of realizing Self.

we know nothing is real and everything is imagination. all this is just an illusion bc its forms of consciousness (forms of you) that appear separate and have different labels but all they are is just consciousness.
time is an imaginary concept; it is unreal. time is not real. yes ego sees time and the clock as real just bc its "physical" but we already know nothing is real period. time is imaginary. when you imagine something, you experienced it instantly. theres no amount of time that will make you experience what you want. the moment you imagine / observe something, it exists instantly. theres no need for waiting. theres no such thing as a "time delay" bc time is imaginary. you are consciousness. you are not "powerful"... you are power itself. if you are going to limit yourself to an imaginary concept such as "time," then you have not realized your true nature (dont worry you will get there *wink).
there is no "past" or "future" bc there is only now. when you imagine something, you imagine it in the present, in the now. when "you" remember a memory of the past, you are doing that in the present, in the now. when "you" stress and imagine something that "you" expect to happen in the future, you imagine it in the now. every "second" is the now. there is only present, no past, no future. "past" and "future" are imaginary, unreal concepts.
thoughts are from the ego and we already know from last post that ego is not real and that ego will make you think that you need to do something else after you already observed something in imagination. ego makes it harder to understand that everything is imagination. doesnt matter if ego understands or not bc either way, you are only consciousness and so is everything else.
even though thoughts and emotions arent real, your false self can still have doubts and feelings of discouragement which is normal. my advice is that when you become aware of thoughts and bad emotions, remember that you are consciousness; you are everything; you are power itself. stop and realize that you are just the observer (= consciousness / awareness) and those thoughts and feelings are never going to be real. as the observer, just observe the thoughts and feelings come and go. consciousness doesnt have opinions; consciousness doesnt categorize things as "right" or "wrong" or "up" or "down" or "green" or "purple". consciousness is neutral. ego is what categorizes things as "good" and "bad" bc ego is "logical" (which is also unreal). since you are neutral consciousness, observe the thoughts pass without judgement.
just be silent and observe. thats your true being. thats awareness. take a step back and remember ego is not the real you; those thoughts arent real and they are coming from (another unreal thing), the mind. thoughts come from the mind / ego as we already know is unreal and imaginary. so they are basically useless. they are just there for entertainment. nothing serious. part of understanding non dualism is realizing that bc none of this is real, we cannot take anything seriously bc this is all just a game that we create. step back and remember that consciousness is all you will ever be. calmly and silently observe the unreal thoughts and emotions. there is no need to fight or stop unreal things right? consciousness doesnt see those thoughts as "bad" or "annoying". they just are. step back and observe in silence.
when you think of meditation you may think of sitting on a mat in a calm yoga sitting position while listening to silence. in reality, meditation is just consciousness. consciousness is naturally meditation bc, as said before, consciousness is already, naturally calm and neutral w no opinions or judgements. when i tell you to mediate. you are already doing it, you already are it. effortlessly. but ego tells you otherwise and ego presents "messy thoughts" and while you werent aware of your true nature (consciousness), you take the thoughts seriously when they tell you "this is the right way to meditate" etc bc you think you are the body that is actually thinking these thoughts.
we are naturally the observer. remember when i told you to sit back and observe the thoughts that ego sees as negative? why dont you try to be present and aware of whatever you are doing once in a while bc most of the time, "you" are just thinking about the past or stressing about the future. be present instead.
the video said "put 1000 focus" and "attention"... just know he means be completely aware on (for example) washing the dishes instead of being aware of thoughts and other nonsense while you are washing.
be your natural, meditation self and next time you look out the window, just silently observe the trees. observe the leaves and its stems and the lines and the green color. observe the texture of the bark without judgment. theres no reason to stop or argue with the mind and its thoughts and opinions. just observe them. remember: none of that is ever really happening; you are just observing consciousness (everything is consciousness / imagination). you are staring at yourself so theres no harm in that. stare at "your" hand and silently observe the lines and color. i like to stare at something in my room or close my eyes and silently observe the rain sounds outside in silence. its peaceful and thats pure awareness. if im walking on the street, i observe the people talking while observing the cars honking while observing the way the trees move from the wind while observing how "my" legs move while "i" walk on the street.
i observe my breathing and quiet the mind and thoughts and observe. if thoughts dont stop coming, i wouldnt fight it bc they are just unreal. they are harmless. i just observe the thoughts. with or without thoughts, i am always the observer. i observe what i want. silently observe. with the challenge as said: observe / be aware of the things happening in the present. dont get swept up by the unreal mind and unreal thoughts. calm, stress-less, limitless, silent, neutral, peaceful. thats awareness. thats you.

HOW TO PERSIST ; persisting simply means reminding urself that u already have whatever it is that u want. when u persist, you decide what it is that u want and you STICK to it.
the oxford definition of persistence simply means to continue in an opinion or course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.
your 3d literally has no choice but to catch up and reflect the new thoughts that ur thinking in ur 4d so just KEEP GOING. if ur gonna whine or complain every step of the way and think thoughts like "persisting is hard" or "theres lots of resistance/difficulty with manifesting" then thats what ur going to experience.
manifesting is easy, effortless, and instant. when u catch urself thinking thoughts that perpetuate the old story, remind urself that no matter what, whatever u persist in will harden into reality simply because it HAS to. stop getting in your own way!!

alot of the times on loablr you see people say âyouâre the only powerâ and âyou donât even need that method just imagination and that honestly just so real because if you really think about all of these methods ie: 48 hour challenge, 10k affirmations method etc.
and the void state those things also stemmed from that personâs imagination when you use those methods or use subliminals all your doing is giving it a smidge of your power the method is only powerful because your giving it that power in conclusion you and your imagination are the only things that matter !!

I always thought living in the end was just deciding that you have it. But really, YOU decide what living in the end is.
I would always listen to other bloggers and listen to them when they told me âJust decide you have it and move on.â
So I did exactly what they told me to. But it did NOT fulfil me. At all. And I didnât even notice that I wasnât fulfilled. There was this constant hunger and desire for what I wanted. And I never fulfilled myself truly. I found myself thinking OF my desire instead of FROM it. And it still felt like DESIRE and not my POSSESSION.
That desire for the thing that I âacceptedâ that i already had was still there. I wasnât fulfilled. Because just deciding and moving on didnât fulfill me. I actually wanted to experience it. So i visualised what I wanted, and reminded myself that I had it, until that desire was gone. Then i KNEW i was truly fulfilled.
Moral of the story: Do what fulfills you, not what fulfills others.

Manifesting is meant to be fun. Youâre meant to enjoy it and have a carefree attitude towards it. Youâre not meant to cr„ and scre@m and become dâŹpre$$ed and dâŹ$per@te because of manifesting. Thatâs not the Law.
I want manifestation to be fun again for you guys. I want you to effortlessly get your manifestations and literally never be on tumblr / twitter or any social media because of how much youâre enjoying life and being a master manifester.
Hereâs how to make manifestation fun again:
- Do methods. Methods are quite controversial in this community and you most definitely do not have to do them if you donât want to, but you can if you do want to. Types of methods consist of: daydreaming/visualisation, vaunting, bragging, scripting, affirming, subliminals, placebos, lullaby, SATS, vision boards, Pinterest, etc. pick which one resonates with you the most and stick with it. An important thing to note though, is that itâs not the method that manifests, itâs YOU and your ACCEPTANCE of the desire/wish fulfilled.
- Work on your mindset/self concept. Iâm going to flat out say this is important. It helps tremendously. I used to hate having to do it but once I did, it made manifestation WAYYYY easier. And itâs not a process although popular belief says it is. Itâs just a decision to no longer be who you want to be and then sustaining/continue being who you do want to be / the mindset you want to have. Itâs that easy. You donât even need to think about it. Now this will help you because you no longer think youâre a v1ct1m and manifestation becomes more natural and easy, therefore making it carefree and chill and removing the desperate need for something because youâre secure in your abilities that itâs already yours.
- Make challenges for yourself. Make 2 day challenges where you live in the end for those days, with whatever rules you want and doing whatever you want to do. You can say that today you will manifest 2 desires or whatever you want. Test yourself, know yourself, do whatever you want to. Do not be hard on yourself if you do not complete it. Just try again with a new and more determined mindset.
- Experiment with the law. Like I said above, get to know what works with you. Build your confidence in yourself and the law. Manifest a butterfly following you around, do whatever you want. The law is fun and personal. Manifest âillogical and impossibleâ things.
- Attitude. Now this kind of ties in with mindset/self concept but I recommend having a positive attitude towards manifestation. Obviously whatever you assume to be true is true, so use that to your advantage. Look at the law is a new light, in a positive one. In a lifestyle way. Donât associate it with negative things and trying, but instead associate it with a new ch@nce at l1fâŹ, a lifestyle, a way to be frâŹâŹ.
Donât put so much pressure on yourself to manifest xyz before any specific date or just in general put pressure on yourself. Be kind to yourself. The law is incredibly simple and literally only requires you to trust in yourself/imagination and know that you already have what you want / are what you want while being not even caring about the 3d.
Make manifestation your safe space. Make imagination your heaven. Make manifesting easy for yourself. Build new assumptions. Play around with the law. Be unique. Get off of tumblr / twitter and have fun.
Read Neville if you want, listen to Edward Art, make your own rules, have fun. The law, again, is personal. Make it your heaven, not your hâŹll.
Just be and have fun.
you do not have to manifest in steps, assuming that there are desires easier (or more believable) to manifest. you do this when you manifest small items first so you can build "momentum" until you can finally ask for what you truly want. (spoiler: all desires are easy to manifest, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUILD A TRAJECTORY. you can simply live in the end.)
you are not waiting. there is no transition period. there is no "3D lag". there is never a time when you do not have your manifestation.
you do not have to manifest in steps pt.2, assuming that you have to work on something to get something. e.g. you do not have to work on self-concept before you can manifest an sp.
no manifestation technique comes BEFORE the other. like i said, techniques are only a matter of being intentional. you choose them based on what works and what feels good. hence, there is no hierarchy. e.g. you do not have to revise first before you robotically affirm, you do not have to do sats before you script.
the moment you decide, the 3D conforms. the moment you decide, your manifestation, that sp, that money, that house, that job, all of it is yours.
how to manifest multiple things?
If you can manifest 1 thing then you can manifest multiple things and everyone can manifest.

How you go about this can be different depending on who you are/ what you like to do, some people simply prefer just being and knowing they have their desires
Others like methods such as saturation, subliminal or robotic affirming or other methods you find on the internet
Every manifestation technique works because the LOA cannot fail because its literally the LAW of our universe.
It's really just a matter of what you like to do, as methods only work because you ASSUME they do but in general they all work.
Since this ask was kind of vauge and I'm not sure what you want to manifest, try making a list of all your wants/desires or things you want to manifest (preferably written in present tense such as "I have a brand new car") and then write down how the version of you who has these would act, simply become them in imagination: think about how they view/look at the world and view things that way as well. Anytime you're shown the opposite in the 3D simply close your eyes and remind yourself that you made changes to yourself so the 3D has no choice but to follow.
Persist in this version of yourself, the version who has everything you want/ desire. There are infinite Selfs and infinite versions of you that exist, choose to be the self that has everything you want. Because even right now you're choosing to be a version of you, you're choosing to be a certain self, except the self you're being right now doesn't think or act in a way of having their desires/knowing their desires are coming, while the self you want to be does.
change self via methods or simply just knowing and being thats it. Don't look towards the physical world for reassurance instead look inside self because the 4D is self and the self makes up what you see in the physical world, change how you view/ perceive things and choose to no longer be in a state of lack, even Neville Goddard himself said no change but to self.
in my post called "feeling over desire", i have already talked about the importance of fulfillment from within rather than without. i went as far to tell you that when you desire something, it can only ever be fulfilled in imagination and not in your physical reality. today, i'll tell you why exactly thatâs the case with the explanation of "states".
key points from former post
you are desiring to feel (inner self), not to actually have (outer self). therefore, you seek fulfillment from within.
by wanting things physically only and refusing to feel good about already having them in imagination, you are conditioning your desires.
what you canât experience within, you canât experience without. that way, you are making yourself reliant on outer change.
itâs impossible to give you something you desire internally, externally. it wonât and cannot satisfy you.
your aim isnât the confirmation of the outer world. itâs the confirmation of imagination and experiencing your desireâs existence there.
first of all, states are crucial. a state determines your thoughts â along with your behaviour, perception, experience and reactions to the physical world â as they come from your feeling aka the state that you are currently occupying. this is important for you to understand because depending on which state you are identifying with, you will reflect it into your material world. conversely, that means that you can never express a state you are not already embodying mentally.
now, if you arenât already occupying the state or embodying the version of yourself who has your desire, receiving it in the physical world will not and cannot satisfy you. if you are in an oppositional state, yet manage to obtain results physically, it won't be able to fulfill you. you need to get into the state of your wish being fulfilled FIRST and experience it in imagination BEFORE you can get it in the 3D. thatâs also the way you normally go about manifesting things.
itâs because you arenât experiencing the outer world, you are experiencing your state. you can only ever experience your state. the outer world is just a conformation of the state you currently happen to be in. although the 3D is a depiction of your imagination, your state or who you are in imagination still determines how your outer world is going to look like.
again, to desire means to occupy a state, a desired state. when you desire, itâs coming from within, not from without. only your inner self can desire. because after all, your desire is just a feeling â a feeling only your inner self can feel. your outer self, on the other hand, can only give you physical insight on your inner self. and inner feelings can only be fulfilled with feelings from within.
i remember i was in a relationship once which was very perfect to begin with. however, somehow, i would find myself in a state where i would feel unloved, as if i'm being lied to or just generally doubt my partnerâs adoration and affection for me. the more i felt that way and the more i persisted in it, i managed to pull them away â even though everything was seemingly perfect on the outside, it didnât really feel as perfect on the inside.
see, your physical manifestation can be as desirable as possible but if you happen to be in a contrary state, you wonât be able to keep the physical, nor be content with it.

if you have read and consumed some of neville goddard's works, you will already be familiar with the word "feeling". when speaking of "feeling it real" or "feeling your desires to be yours", it is not an emotion that we are referring to. "feeling", here, means to know something for a fact.
when you "feel" something to be real, you donât try to "get" it, you donât think that there is still "work" that needs to be done, you donât "try" or "attempt" to manifest something, you donât "prayâ, "hope", "worry" or "wonder" if itâs going to occur in your reality, you donât feel "unsure", "trapped", or "confused". the reason why you wonât feel any of these things is because you have managed to feel your desire to be yours. you cannot be convinced of the opposite. you have created an unshakable experience within that cannot be taken from you â a new belief of yours has been established!
to "feel" usually implies your perception with the senses. you will use all of your senses â but within your mind â and recreate the same experience you would have if you were to experience it physically. to make your desire as vivid, as touchable, as perceivable as possible will help you make it feel real. the moment you free yourself and allow yourself to feel the way you would want to feel, you will lose yourself in it. eventually, you will start to feel relieved, empowered and secure. why? because you have accepted this imaginal act to be reality. your reality.
you may question the power and effect of this way of "feeling" but it will and has to change you. the moment you bask in the feeling, the acceptance and the liberation that come along, you will begin to shift. your mind will begin to change and therefore your very environment. at the end of the day, your feeling portrays a shift of a state. every state is a feeling that you can move in and out of. itâs a coat you can choose to wear or take off.
in order to feel it real, to feel the wish fulfilled, you will have to let go of something: the world around you. you will have to let go of reminding yourself of the looks of your current reality and leave it as it is. donât even try to fix it, but let go of your worries, your obstacles in life, the limitations and restrictions in it, and allow yourself to perceive, experience and accept whatever it is that you want to have to be yours. only through the art of removing yourself from the outside and feeling like a part of it, you will begin to understand that the outside is actually just a part of you, a part that you've got in your hands.
now, the difficulty in this is disregarding your logical mind, your rational and realistic (whatever the hell that means) way of thinking. you will have to accept your imaginative acts, your inner conversations to be reality â not for your outer world to determine your inner world. the more you do this, it does not only get easier, you will also ease your anxiety and let go of your fear... but you must be willing to grant yourself greater feelings.
dare to imagine and feel the things you would want to feel. expand your former limits or give them up entirely. get rid of rules and forget about how the outer-world has once appeared. and most importantly, donât be afraid to do so. donât be afraid to use your mindâs power. if you find it hard to do so, then you are still attached to your senses who can only give you a limited outlook on a limited reality.
start simple. think of a scenario you would like to experience. visualise or just think of it. and now, ask yourself "how would i feel if i was to experience this?". you may feel resistant at first, maybe even ridiculous or delusional, but just permit yourself to feel it for some time. go back to that scenario and go deeper. "how do i look like? who am i with? what is it that i own? what am i doing? what's happening to me?". and then, the most important question: "what if this was my reality now?". i want you to rephrase this question and form a sentence. your "what if" becomes a "this is", the same way your "this would feel" becomes a "this feels". i want you to declare that this â the scenario you have felt â is factual. itâs true. itâs a reflection of your reality, RIGHT NOW. after all, this is what distinguishes creation from daydreaming.

Itâs like a never ending cycle of you keep returning back to the victim state. Boohoo, poor me, no. You have no one to blame but you, because thereâs nothing to change except self. The law NEVER can fail you. Thereâs only one thing youâre missing, and itâs PERSISTENCE! Be firm in your new assumption, and keep dwelling in that assumption only! I literally donât care if you have resistance. I donât care if the 3D is showing that you have 0 dollars in the bank, or you just got an email saying you didnât get accepted into your dream school. We arenât forgetting who we are. our I AM. WE CONTROL THE 3D NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. stop immediately running back to the old story as soon as you see the illusion of the 3D not go the way you want to. AFFIRM, AFFIRM , AFFIRM REPITION IS YOUR BEST FRIEND! Not the old story. Why stress over something you know is going to have to change? Stay in one place. One location. That one place is the version of you that has your desires. No power in this world can stop you from having what you want if you simply, STOPPED BEING LAZY AND AFFIRM! AFFIRM UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR DESIRE. Iâm so done, get up and start having what you want. Rather itâs affirming, visualization, SATS, I donât care. No is NEVER AN OPTION. You canât serve two masters. The most simple answer is: your reliance on the 3d.
Bloggers can say multiple times that imagination creates the 3d and that you should just know you have it in imagination, but you, the student, will still not understand unless you APPLY.
It doesnât matter how many posts we make, if you donât understand and donât have experience with actually applying, it will fall on deaf ears.
There is nothing that you are not currently seeing that isnât accepted internally in imagination. The 3d is a mirror of you/imagination. It cannot show you what you arenât in imagination.
You have to be willing to change. You have to WANT to be different. You can say you desire something, but do you actually? Enough to change? Enough to actually apply no matter what you see physically? Enjoy it within regardless of everything?
The law is SO simple it actually makes me laugh. But as soon as you look to the 3d for VALIDATION, you fail. YOU ARE THE VALIDATOR. YOUâRE GOD. YOU VALIDATE THE 3D. I donât know how many times I have to say this, but if you donât have it within, you never will have it. And if youâre not fulfilled / secure within with the fact you have it, even if it manifests, youâll still assume failure.
What a lot of people also donât understand is that imagination is INSTANT. Itâs the only true reality, the reality that YOU create and then itâs reflected physically by the mirror/3d. Since itâs the real reality, you literally have manifested your desires. Instantly. If itâs in imagination, you have it.
I can say that and youâll accept that itâs done in imagination, but then youâll look at the 3d and ask where it is. Donât do thatđđ. The 3d WILL conform, but you shouldnât even notice the lack in the 3d when you have it in the real reality (imagination). You should be so fulfilled in imagination that you donât actually care that the 3d hasnât conformed yet.
Once you fully understand that you already have it (in imagination; the REAL reality) you literally donât care abt the 3d. You literally already have it, so why would you care about the physical confirmation? You must rely on your imagination and yourself. I know some people are like, âbut I want it in the 3d!!â THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IMAGINATION AND THE 3D. It WILL come. Itâs LAW.
You just have to rely on imagination more. Make it your heaven, your proof, your love. Practice manifesting and confidence within yourself and your ability to create. Know who you are.
we know we can manifest our dream lives, have your desires, yadda yadda yadda⊠but can you actually do it? see, the ability to manifest is something we all possess. but the willingness to actually act on that is something that some people may need practice in.
to have a desire is easy. we all do, eventually. nevertheless, to claim a desire as yours and appropriate it as such is a whole other step. it requires you to be bold, decisive and focused on what you want to manifest. if you have no problem demanding and accepting things you want to have to be yours, thatâs 1 good for you and 2 you are free to either skip this post or read along.
now, for those who still need a bit of assistance: you need to learn to declare things as yours. it is of importance to become comfortable in your mind and to realise that any desire, any state, and any feeling is accessible to you. they all belong to you and you shall act like it. there is truly nothing embarrassing, haughty or delusional about it.
see, no one's gonna steal your desires from you. no one's going to say "no" and call you out for wanting things without earning or deserving them. in fact, no one could ever get in your way because they donât have the free will to do so. people are just you pushed out, a reflection of your imagination, a physical embodiment of what has once only existed imaginatively. and that means⊠the only person who could possibly interfere with your plans is you. again, nothing and no one outside of you exists.
in case no one has told you, your mind is actually yours! it belongs to you! so USE it. this may come off as a little funny since itâs quite self-explanatory but you are allowed to think the thoughts you desire to think, to feel the feelings you'd like to feel, to decide how your reality should look like according to your personal preference and accept it as such. it's all up to you because your mind is yours. i canât get in there and tell you what to think of. i can't stop you. and i certainly canât tell you "no, this is impossible/unrealistic/illogical to manifest".
donât tell me who you donât want to be. donât tell me what you wish, hope or pray to be. instead, tell me who you are. what is it that you want to have? what is it that you want to experience? how would you want your life to look like? whatever it is that you want â if you know what it is â appropriate it. stop holding yourself back by only desiring things. stop stopping yourself. we all have desires we would want to make a reality, so go further.
take it. itâs yours. you have given it to yourself. itâs done. i cannot take it from you, your sp cannot do it either, nor does anyone have the power to remove anything from you what you have already identified with. if you say itâs yours, baby, then it has no other choice but to be yours âŠ

something i realized i used to do a lot when i first understood the law/states: i used to know i had to change self but i still spent days in the same negative state without taking the effort to apply. understanding the knowledge is one thing but actually applying can take a push.
applying the law is not "work" but at the same time everything depends on YOU to change and that change might take a push or some effort since some of us (especially ppl new to the law), are so used to being in a negative state which becomes comfortable and our dwelling state.
this makes it SEEM "harder" to manifest when in fact all you have to do is take the lead and change self. you have to realize that life is literally only a reflection of SELF. you feel shitty everyday bc thats what version of self you are being.
if youre thinking bullshit like "ill do it later" when talking about applying the law, you are failing to realize that you are ALWAYS applying the law. you are only failing to apply it in a way that benefits you which is self sabotage. stop leaving yourSELF last & CHANGE SELF NOW!
imagine being in a state for months or years where you believe youre ugly and successful. ofc you become comfortable in that state since youve been accepting/being that version of you for so long. this doesnt mean its hard to change states if youve been in a negative state for so long. again, this means it SEEMS hard to change, but its NOT. realize everything is only a state and everything is up to you! you being SELF! you are not your state! you are only occupying states! theres nothing to "reprogram"! theres no need to work on limiting beliefs!
to be comfortable in your ideal state, you have to be uncomfortable & get tf out of that negative state u are so used to being in. stop w the "ill do it later" & make sure ur actually applying the law to ur advantage be u complain about ur life while not being the change u need.
take the effort to CHANGE. use techniques to your advantage and HAVE FUN w them! KNOW your power and know everything changes once YOU change. idc if it SEEMS hard... change self. idc if you feel lazy... change self.
when are you going to take control of your life and yourSELF instead of staying comfortable in old, negative states? is SELF in control of your life or these states? are you willing to get uncomfortable by occupying the state that benefits you for the change you look for?
ofc when you start to change self/states, it can feel weird and uncomfortable but it WILL become your new COMFORTABLE. stop waiting for shit to change when the only thing that needs change is SELF. take control of your life and apply the law to your advantage NOW!

Hiii my loves, today I would like to introduce you guys to a great time transposing method that was developed back in the 1980's to travel through different realities, but the fun part is we are gonna use it for the void state. It's super fun and easy method and hardly even spoke about in our community. The reason I want to share this method because I absolutely love methods that were developed in the 19's, the methods were practical and easy. The fun part is it takes about 10 minutes, ready to enter the void state? đ€
The transposing method is taking your consciousness,and body at times to another place or the void state. You can do this while walking, sitting it laying down. There's no hazards attached to this method. You need no guide. You are control of every single thing. Do what you want with this method, you are unlimited. Transposing is like dreaming, but this is another dimensional experience all together. You will have no fears or beliefs, just command yourself to be in the void and you will.
1. Find a comfortable quiet place, where you can either lay on your back or side. You can even do this before bed or in the morning <3.
2. As you laying down, slow down and relax your body TOTALLY. To help, tell yourself " relax, relax , relax, ". Let go of everything and de - tense all muscle's.
A simple technique to do this goes like this : tighten all your muscles, hold it, release it all slowly and relax.
3. Remember you are not clearing out all your thoughts, but watching them come and go. Your thought process will naturally begin to slow down.
4. Begin to slow your body down. Don't strain yourself in this doing this. Don't push this breathing, keep it relaxed. Slow down your breathing, Taking less air, each time your breathe. Slowing your breathing will help relax your body and slow it's function. As your breathing slows, it will obtain a certain rhyme and you will begin to experience vibration because your body will start to synchronise. Among these experiences, you will ringing in your eyes, your body will start to tingle, these just symptoms that you avoid ignore because you body is starting to separate it's consciousness. You will feel a shift in vibrations and you will feel a wave come over you as you reach full body synchronisation. You will feel a detached feeling from your body or even a floating feeling. This is you and your body syncing together. They are ready to be directed by you and your place of choosing. You are pilot, the navigator giving your mind instructions to take you to your desired place. You can repeat the word " void , void' . And your mind will instantly take you there.
⥠Relaxation: Start by relaxing your mind and body. Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
⥠Breathing Control: Gradually slow down your breathing. Take deep, slow breaths, making sure not to strain or create tension.
⥠Body Synchronization: As you continue to slow your breath, your body will begin to synchronize. You might experience vibrations or sensations in your body, similar to ringing in your ears.
⥠High Vibration: Your body will reach a high-frequency vibration state, signifying the beginning of the transposing process.
⥠Transposing Phase: During this phase, you can guide your consciousness to any place or time you desire. Your mind will act as a navigator, and you provide clear instructions. Repeat " void , void, " and you'll be there Instantly.
Enjoy the Experience: Once you've arrived at your chosen reality, you can interact with it and enjoy the experience.

Different Acids & what theyâre good for
The Most Common:
Salicylic Acid â acne!!! But veryyyyy drying so if you have dry skin and acne be very careful (only spot treat) or use a gentler acid
Glycolic Acid â brightening, smoothing, lightening pigmentation, helps with fine lines, treats acne; pretty much good for most skin types
Hyaluronic Acid â moisture moisture moisture! Soft, plump skin â helps strengthen & protect the skinâs moisture barrier
Lactic Acid â v. gentle, good for those with dry & sensitive skin (has a moisturizing element because itâs derived from milk)
Ascorbic Acid â aka Vitamin C! Great for fine lines and brightening
Other less common acids:
Azelaic Acid â most commonly found in prescribed skin care treatments, good for inflammation, redness & bacterial acne
Citric Acid â antioxidant; good for those with who have early signs of aging and sun spots
Kojic Acid â a skin lightening agent that can often be very irritating
Linoleic Acid â a lighter version of Oleic acid, so its a much better moisturizer for people with oily skin
Lipolic Acid â a âuniversal antioxidantâ, anti-aging, fights free-radicals
Malic Acid â gentle & good for clearing acne â so if you have acne-prone skin thatâs too dry for salicylic acid, try this
Mandelic Acid â has the largest molecule of all AHAs meaning it penerates the skin slower so its suuuuuuper good for people with sensitive skin
Oleic Acid â a fatty acid found in oils like argan, and olive oil, creates a moisturizing seal, might be too moisturizing for people who donât have dry skin
Tartaric Acid â smoothes skin texture
