“Targeted.” Part Two

“Kira Kasumi’s Plan.”

Pairings: Chuuya Nakahara x Hayami Aiko (Romantic), Port mafia x Hayami Aiko (Platonic!)

Chapter description: after finding out exactly who the copycat mafioso is, the Port mafia go on a manhunt for her, in the meantime Kira Kasumi reveals her Master plan for Hayami’s unplanned execution.

CW//TW: mentions of Kira planning on kidnapping Hayami, Chuuya being a protective boyfriend, Mori being Sadistic, random OC’s I came up with, Hayami brutally assaults someone Trying to break into Haruka’s mother’s house, mentions of someone insulting Hayami and Chuuya punching them in the face.

The next day another meeting was called, Chuuya came in a little late, and all of the executives noticed, as a beyond exhausted Hayami followed In, Chuuya’s coat covering her for Extra warmth. “Sorry, Boss, Hayami had a tough night last night, Didn’t get any sleep at all.” Chuuya explained, helping her into her seat beside him. “It’s quite alright Chuuya, she can rest in her seat while we discuss this, she deserves the rest.” Mori Said.

And so Hayami lightly rested in her chair, her head laying on Chuuya’s Shoulder, the Night had been spent with Hayami having Constant Visions and Nightmares of Haruka and Kira Kasumi tormenting her.

Chuuya had tried to comfort her the best he could, but it wouldn’t stop, so it was clear she was so exhausted.

“So this woman’s name is Kira Kasumi?” Gin had asked, the sight of the image of this woman angered Chuuya to no end for the Pain she was putting Hayami Through.

“Yes, we found out this information last night.” Kouyou Answered, eyeing Hayami’s exhausted Slumped body carefully, “There’s also been another death, a Tragic one I’m afraid.” she said softly, Hayami’s head shot up as soon as she heard those words, forgetting that she was insanely exhausted.

“Another one? Who was it!” she almost demanded in her Exhausted daze, Chuuya made her sit back in her Chair, “Sh, Relax Darling, your too exhausted to be working yourself up like this, let Kouyou explain.” Chuuya gently Chided her.

He helped to wrap his coat around her tighter to help her relax, and maybe doze off.

“She was a fragile old woman, the only name police had for her was Akira, seem she had no last name.” Kouyou said, not showing her the brutal and gory picture of Akira’s body.

“I remember her, she was 94 years old when I Rescued her, She was so grateful, she sent me flowers everyday with treats. She did not deserve to killed by Kira’s hands.” Hayami Slurred out.

About 6 innocents that Hayami had rescued from the crossfire had been killed, it was safe to assume after she killed all ten of the civilians associated with that mission, Kira was going after Hayami next.

“Well I know one thing. Your not helping us with anything until you get some rest.” Mori Said, his red eyes wondering to her own Purple eyes. “But–” she tried to protest, But Chuuya obviously agreed with the boss.

“No. Boss is right, you seriously need to get some rest, babe, you look like your about to keel over at any moment.” Chuuya scolded her, “Nope, I am taking you to my estate, so you can get some actual Rest.” Chuuya ordered, Already moving her up and out.

Kouyou smiled sadly at them as they left.

“Kasumi, what the hell are you doing? Your going to far with this revenge plan.” one of Kira’s subordinates, more or so her Partner in crime, her Voice of reason, Scolded Kira.

Kira shook her head, “It’s all in Good reason, Dear, Hikari.” Kira Said, she sat on the throne in their hideout. Hikari stomped over towards Kira, “Killing innocent civilians to get to Hayami is such an idiotic plan. Your only going to make her angry.” Hikari said.

“She’s the Mafioso who killed my brother!” Kira shouted, her Shadow Ability accidentally activating, Shadow’s lashed out and Growled at Hikari. “Have you ever thought she might have been ordered to under Mori, the BOSS of the Port mafia?” Hikari Sarcastically noted. Kira only Maniacally Laughed at Hikari’s Reason, “My Dear, are you defending this mafioso? Even more so, are you defending the Port mafia?” Kira asked, placing a Gloved Hand beneath her Chin as she leaned on it.

Hikari only Glared at Kira’s Smirk, “No i’m on the side of, you shouldn’t kill innocent elders and Teenagers.” Hikari calmly said, Kira Chortled at the reply.

“Don’t worry your pretty little head, Hikari, I am so close to my true target, Hayami.” Kira Said, jumping down to the floor next to Hikari, “Oh, Hiroko! Has the main plan been set in motion, who’s the next target.” Kira called out.

A Small frail girl with snow white hair came bounding over, “How about That kid, Haruka’s mother, that’ll be sure to Spook Hayami and the port mafia, my lord.” she rambled out.

“Ah, nice to see I have other loyal followers.” Kira Sighed out, giving a pointed look at Hikari who only Groaned, of Course her own girlfriend wouldn’t see reason, to obsessed with her Revenge plot.

“Soon Hayami will see, that I am not one to be messed with.”

Hayami hadn’t gotten any rest whatsoever, Kira Kasumi still on her mind, She sat up with a Start, her gut tellling her something was way wrong, it was too quiet.

Purple Electricity sparked around her, Hayami Shrieked as they electrocuted her, yeah something was definitely wrong. She sat up abruptly, Startling Chuuya, “Hm, Hayami, something wrong?” Chuuya asked.

“I Don’t know, but my gut is telling me somethings wrong. I need to visit Haruka’s mother right away, Chuuya.” Hayami said Frantically, Chuuya knew she wasn’t lying or being crazy, the electric sparks a telltale sign something was wrong.

“Okay, okay. Let’s go.” Chuuya relented, before they took off towards Mayumi’s house.

Once they got there, Hayami had knew something was wrong, and Going there had just proved her point, the house had been broken into, a Shrill Scream inside had Broken Hayami out of her Daze.

Both Chuuya and Hayami ran inside to find Kasumi and Hiroko standing over Mayumi’s injured body, the poor thing was shaking and crying. Kira Turned to see Hayami, Glaring at her.

She laughed, “I guess you were right Hikari, Her Intuition is always on Point.” She Chuckled, moving her Blade away from Mayumi. Hikari was laid up again a wall, bullet wound to her side. “Shut it Kasumi, you shot me.” Hikari Whispered.

Kira quicky turned around pointing the blade at Hikari, “You tried to intervene with my little torture session, but at least it got Hayami out of hiding.” Kira Cooed Out.

Hayami had enough of Kira taunting them all and Chatting, she raised a hand, Purple Lighting bolts shooting out of her hands and hitting Kira Directly in the back slamming her to her knees, Haunched over in slight pain.

“Mayumi! Are you okay?” Hayami called Out, her Eyes Searching the older woman’s, Mayumi Grunted out, “I’m fine, the cuts are Minor, but Hikari was shot, she’s innocent in all this, forced to marry Kira.” Mayumi called out.

Hayami tried to go over to Hikari, but Kira stopped her standing up, “No one is touching nor saving anyone, Hayami you still have to Pay for your Mistake, my Brother did not have to die!” Kira Shouted.

“Your Brother became an enemy of the Port mafia, Hayami was only following orders. If you decide to kill these two along with Hayami you’ll only be another causality and become a Target for the Port mafia until you die.” Chuuya said, crossing his arms.

Kira Huffed, “And you are?” she raised an eyebrow, Oh? So the only member of the port mafia she researched on was Hayami, so she had no idea what Chuuya was capable of.

“My name is Chuuya Nakahara, port mafia executive, my ability is the tainted Sorrow, otherwise known as Gravity manipulation.” Chuuya said, Smirking at them.

“Ah, the Murders Significant other.” Kira Said in a snarky tone, which pissed both Hayami and Chuuya off, Hikari Spoke up in her Weak form against the wall, “Kasumi, cut it out, after I get this bullet wound treated, I am officially divorcing you.” Hikari Spoke.

Kira Turned around, “Oh my Dear, you will never leave me.” Kira Said, Hiroko charged at Hayami, no ability but a small knife in hand Aimed at Her Throat. Hayami twisted her arm the wrong way, forcing her to drop the weapon as Chuuya threw her against a wall.

“Kira I think your forgetting, that I have been a part of the port mafia for years, I know how to hold my own.” Hayami said, her Purple eyes making her Smirk look even more evil.

“Oh Don’t Worry, I planned for this Exact Scenario, Hiroko, Use your secret Ability!” Kira called out, Hiroko stood up calling out her Abilities name to activate it.

“Special ability, Wings of escape!” big black wings appeared from under her coat, Hiroko grabbed Kira’s raised hand carrying her, “Kira, what about Hikari?” Hiroko asked, Kira Snorted. “Leave them to die, I have many more men to spare, until next time Hayami!” Kira called before the escape.

Once again Hayami was left feeling guilty.

Description: when a Seemingly copycat mafioso starts copying the way Hayami Kills her Targets During missions, it is decided that she is the target of someone she angered during one of these missions, it worries Chuuya to no end, but as more innocent People, Civilians of Yokoyama city, turn up dead, Hayami Finds her Guilt Catching up with her.

TW: Gore, survivors guilt, worried and Soft!Chuuya, the Port mafia being protective, Hayami is Mentioned to be quite sadistic when dealing with Enemies, to set the mood for this Fic I split it up into four Parts, maybe more, and made the background a Stormy week. Random OC’s added as well.

Part One: “It’s a Copycat mafioso.”

It was During a Port mafia executive meeting, when it was brought up, to be exact, Kouyou had brought it up. “Some hotshot rouge mafioso is Killing random innocent civilians in the city.” She has said.

It took Hayami a moment to realize, but she saw that these weren’t just some Random Civilians, she knew them, a Couple of Years back she was sent on a mission to stop the leader of an Rival Organization, who was holding Innocent civilians hostage.

In the end Hayami ended up slashing the leader’s brother’s throat after thinking he was dead, apparently not. She felt the guilt build up in her chest, Mori must have noticed her pale face, “Hayami–San, Something wrong?” he asked.

She nodded, Chuuya looked at her Concerned, she looked so pale that she looked sick her Stomach, “Sorry, Mori–San, but I know these Civilians, all people I saved during missions.” she said. “And these killing tactics and Methods look awfully familiar, Don’t they?” She added. Her Shoulders trembling a bit.

Akutagawa looked down at the photo’s, Akutagawa’s eyes looked into Hayami’s Eyes, “These are your tactics and Methods.” He said in Realization, Hayami nodded, “Yes so that makes this guy?”

“A Copycat mafioso.” Tachihara Replied, Hayami Nodded, “Precisley, which means?” she replied.

“That you are the target, and that we must keep her safe no matter what.” Mori Said, Chuuya’s Eyes were shocked and Worried for his dear significant other. Hayami only Closed her Eyes in slight annoyance, she hated Copycat mafioso.

“Well Hayami, your the Expert on Copycat mafiosos’, what’s your say?” Hirotsu asked, Situating his glasses, Hayami opened her Eyes Again.

“Well most copycats will copy their target’s torture methods, killing methods, and their weaponary along with any other physical skills they possess, although it is impossible for them to copy ones ability.” Hayami Explained, Higuchi and Gin both looked down at the photos. “This was your torture methods?” Higuchi asked, Hayami nodded, “I admit, it was a bit Sadistic, but it got the job done, though I Don’t like the fact that this asshole is using it to harm innocent civilians I helped.” Hayami Said.

Mori cleared his Throat, Directing their attention towards the boss, “Well in that case we will need to be extra Careful, Hayami, Protect yourself at all costs, Chuuya I want you with her at all times, but for now we will all need to go to the latest crime scene before the armed detective agency gets wind of this.” Mori Said.

Hayami nodded, Noticing Chuuya Squeezing her hand As a Gesture of Comfort and affection.

Unfortunately as soon as they hit the streets, into an alleyway where the latest Innocent was killed, it started Storming, Making the mood even more down and sad, just downright depressing. Hayami’s purple hair was now soaked in rain as they saw the body.

It was a skinny girl, with light red hair, that was now darker being soaked with blood from a large gash in the back of her head, the Suspect must have dropped the weapon to lure her in even more or to just piss her off, but they dropped the axe they used.

“The Girl. She was also One I saved, she was a teenager when I saved her, that would make her only 19 right now. Such a young age to die at.” Hayami Mournfully said, Kouyou leaned down to look at the Girl, Remorse passing through her when she realized that what Hayami had Said was True, she was only a kid.

“What kind of idiot leaves their weapon behind for us to find?” Akutagawa Hissed, Finally Picking up the axe, “Their trying to lure me in, either that or piss me off so much that I end up doing something stupid, like going rouge.” Hayami Said.

The booming sound of thunder Rolled in their ears, “Boss, we should get back, this storms getting pretty bad.” Chuuya advised.

Mori obviously agreed, “We’ll figure this out, but not here in this storm.”

The guilt rolled off of Hayami in waves.

“Y’know, I can feel the guilt coming off you in waves.” Chuuya told her as they were waking back to the Port mafia Headquarters through the raging storm. “Hm?” her Eyes Were surprised, but then again her emotions controlled her Electric Ability.

Purple Sparks flashed around her body, “I am not feeling guilty!” She said, her Anger Causing a Flash of Purple Electricity to almost hit Tachihara in the Process, “Woah!” he Shouted just narrowly missing it. “Sorry.” She Mumbled as they finally made it in.

“We should probably go to our Shared room in the headquarters, and Dry off, before we both catch a cold.” Chuuya said, as Hayami followed him, She Thought back to a Couple of Days ago when she had went to check on the kid.

“Hey, Haruka.” she had said as they met up at a familiar cafe, it was close to both of their homes, so it was an easy walk to make, “Oh! Hey Hayami–Chan!” she said it with so much joy, Haruka was drinking a simple hot chocolate. “How’s your mother doing?” Hayami asked as she looked to the older woman working as a waitress In the cafe. Haruka blinked before answering, “Oh she’s okay I guess, working as a waitress to help pay for my therapy sessions.” Haruka Sighed. Oh yeah, Hayami almost had forgotten how Traumatized the kid was after saving her from that rival organization. But she disagreed with the fact that they had to pay for the therapy sessions, “Haruka, Please let me pay for those sessions, your mother needs a break.” Hayami almost pleaded with the Teenager, unaware of those red eyes watching her from a dark spot in the cafe, stalking them both. “No, No, Hayami–chan, you’ve already done enough to help out, saving me and all.” Haruka tried to decline her offer, “No. Haruka, I insist, I want to do this, I’ll even set your mother up with a pretty wealthy job and trust fund.” Hayami said. Haruka’s eyes gleamed, finally feeling happy, “Okay!” was the last word she ever said to Hayami.

And now she was dead, and she would have to tell her mother, that her daughter had been brutally murdered, all because Hayami killed the Copycat’s brother. And the price was Haruka’s ultimate death.

“it’s not your fault you know.” Chuuya tried to console her but Hayami only flung her coat off onto the bed roughly, “She was just a kid, Chuuya! A kid! I met up with her at a cafe nearly everyday, just to check on her wellbeing. Chuuya she was so Traumatized she needed therapy, when I first found her after Killing some of the guards, the poor thing was still clinging onto her sister’s dead body and coat!” Hayami yelled venting to Chuuya.

“She didn’t Deserve to be killed, because I killed that motherfucker’s brother!” she finished, Tears Rolling down her face slowly. Chuuya obviously agreed, it was no secret that he had a soft spot for kids.

“And now. Now I’m gonna have to tell the Mother that her only daughter left is dead now.” Hayami said, “After I helped them get back on their feet.” She whispered Mournfully, Chuuya was just about to hug her, when someone knocked on the door.

Hayami wiped her tears and opened it to reveal Kouyou, “We think we’ve identified this mystery person, Mori wants you both in his office.” Kouyou said.

“This bitch is a woman!?” Hayami screeched, Staring at the newest image they had gotten, luckily she was dumb enough to get caught on security cams. “Yes, She’s most likely been stalking you and the Kids and other civilians you know for a while now.” Mori Said calmly.

“Trust me, the only reason you didn’t their Leader was alive and was a girl, was because she faked her death, and she hid in the Shadows, Though you killing her brother must have made her snap.” Kouyou said, Hayami was getting more annoyed by the Second, “Jesus, What’s her ability then.”

“It seems in the time she disappeared from the streets of Yokoyama, her main ability has grown significantly stronger in that time, along with gaining another ability.” Mori Said reading over her file, “The First one is a Shadow ability, She can create shadows and manipulate them to her own use, including hiding in them and Creating illusions with them.” Mori Started Explaining.

That must have been what Hayami saw, an illusion of her dead body, but as a guy, damn she was good, but Targeting her was another mistake she had made. “And the second ability?” Hayami prompted.

“It is called, Blood manipulation, Apparently once the induces an injury on her enemies, one that causes the to bleed a lot, she can manipulate their blood to her own uses.” Mori Replied, “She has quite the rap sheet as well, many Crimes, too many to count.”

“What is her name?” she asked through gritted teeth, Kouyou moved over to look at the file on Mori’s desk, “Her Name is Kira Kasumi, Age 24 years old, leader of the organization known as the dark Angels.” Kouyou read off.

“Kira. A name for a simple minded human.” Chuuya Hissed Out, “Hayami–San, here’s a more full depth image of Kasumi.” Kouyou said as she tossed the photo at Hayami who caught it.

“Well, there’s a face to the name now.” Hayami said, “I assume that there is a Drawback to her blood manipulation ability?” she directed the Question towards Mori. “ah, yes, it says here that if she loses too much blood she will become weak and is prone to fainting.” Mori Responded.

Hayami Sighed, she already knew that there was no drawbacks with her Shadow ability, but this woman was ticking her off now.

All three of them could see how exhausted and burnt out she was from just dealing with this in one day, “Chuuya, Go take Hayami to rest for now, we can continue the hunt for Kira tomorrow.” Mori Ordered.

Hayami followed Chuuya without complaint, She was Tired and wanted to sleep.

She wanted this to be all over, very soon.

“Please wake up.”

Chuuya Nakahara x Fem!OC

Summary: After one of the port mafia’s most valuable members gets caught in the crossfire of a battle between the port mafia and a Rival Group, Chuuya finds himself wondering if his beloved Hayami will awaken.

TW: Severe injuries associated with an explosion,brain injuries, unknown doctor by the name of Haruka.

When the explosion had first happened, no one knew it was from a hospital the port mafia owned, where Hayami was working at that moment. Until Mori had Gotten a Call that it was that hospital that had gotten blown up, from Hayami herself before she passed out, Haruka was one of the doctors who worked underneath Hayami’s Command, she had ordered, from underneath Mori’s own orders, to have her transferred to the Port mafia’s base.

Of Course the Dean of medicine at that hospital had no choice but to obey her Orders, chuuya himself, as the significant other of Hayami, was worried sick once she was transported by helicopter to the headquarters. The condition she was in was horrible, multiple gashes and wounds covered her body, a Clear head injury, a Open Gash on the back of her head, her Right wrist was broken along with her left arm, and a Clear open Gash on her abdomen.

Haruka began barking orders to everyone in the infirmary, most of the nurses and medics were working in that hospital to help other injured Port mafia members so the people in the room, Mori, Higuchi, Chuuya, and akutagawa would have to do for now.

Mori being a physician as well helped a lot, “I need an IV to be started, left inner arm, fluids hooked up along with blood, just Enough to supply here until I find where she’s bleeding out from.” Haruka said, Chuuya Couldn’t just stand there doing nothing so he helped Mori Grab the supplies she needed.

After an IV was Started, and Heart Rate monitor stickers were placed over her Chest, Haruka Stared in shock, scans were also taken, Chuuya’s blue eyes stared into Haruka’s own golden ones. Haruka turned to both Chuuya and Mori, who had a Pointed look on his face. “Due to her healing ability, it’s trying to heal her while she’s actively bleeding out into her chest, luckily it’s an easy fix, I can place a chest tube in to drain all the blood out, and allow her ability to heal her internal wounds, for her external wounds we will need to patch them up as best we can and then allow her body to rest.” Haruka Explained.

Chuuya nodded, his blue eyes look over the tubes Entering her body, Akutagawa was standing Right next to Hayami’s still body, “Akutagawa.” Haruka called, he moved his Eyes up towards the doctor. “I need you to hold her Still, she might moved when I shove this chest tube in.” Haruka said.

Akutagawa nodded, placing both his hands on her shoulder and Side, Mori had a Scalpel on hand, handing it to Haruka, Who made a Small one inch incision on her side, before taking the chest tube and shoving it in there as fast as she could. A Small Groan Sounded from her as Haruka did this, luckily Akutagawa held her still as she finished.

“There, see? Her pressure is already Stabilizing, and her heart Rate is back to Normal.” Haruka said, Proud of her work, “Now, I will have to go and Check on the Port mafia Members in the hospital that was involved in the Explosion, Though Mori I think I can trust you to finish patching up one of your Star port mafia executives?” Haruka Said, with a raise of her Eyebrow, a Placent Smirk present on her face.

Mori nodded, “Of Course, No need to worry dear.” Mori Said, his Tone Calm and Soft. Haruka nodded, placing a Gentle hand on chuuya’s shoulder before taking her leave.

Mori then began to Patch up her External wounds, the few gashes on her side, and Stitching up the gash on the back of her head as well.

When he finished, he smiled, obviously proud of his work, “Now then, all she needs is rest.” Mori quite obviously Stated, Chuuya let out a breath, “Thank you all.” He Muttered out. “Of Course Chuuya–San, she is My best friend after all.” Higuchi Said.

Akutagawa gave a solemn Nod as well, he Looked up to Hayami as a mentor in Dazai’s Absence as a good one. “I doubt Haruka is not going to check on her tomorrow, Though I am guessing that your going to stay in here with her until she awakens, Chuuya?” Mori Asked.

Chuuya only Nodded, she had gotten harmed by only trying to help heal her fellow port mafia Subordinates. He wasn’t leaving anytime soon.

Mori nodded before Gesturing to everyone else, “Let’s leave them here for now, we all have a war to finish with this enemy organization.” Mori Ordered, leaving along with the others.

Chuuya only looked down at his partner, kissing her on the head Whispering only three words, “Please wake up.”

Bungou stray dogs OC information

Name: “Hayami Akiko.”

Age: 24 Years old.

Abilities: Healing ( Hayami can heal others but Cannot heal herself with just a Touch of her hand to the wounded spot.), Electricity (with just the command of her hands she can summon large amounts of purple electricity to harm her Enemies), Martial arts skills, (everyday she trains herself in the skills of weapons and martial arts)

Affiliation: Port Mafia

Position: Port mafia executive, Port mafia executive Medic/Doctor/healer.

Partner, S/O: Chuuya Nakahara (Port mafia executive)

Additional things: Mostly Hayami is seen working in the infirmary or hospitals owned by the port mafia, on rare occasions she is sent on missions by Mori as an Assassin or Retrieving things valuable to the Port mafia.

Appearance/Face Claim: for this OC I used both Raiden Shogun/Ei, and Shinobu for a face Claim, Hayami uses a Demon slayer katana similar to Shinobu’s laced with poison, and the Electricity Ability is similar to the electro vision Raiden Shogun used in Genshin Impact. Small knives are her go to weapons, on occasions she will use Guns. Hayami’s usual outfit is a black fleece leather jacket, a blue Dress shirt, dark blue skinny jeans, and black combat boots. She wears her hair up in high ponytails most of the time.
