guys, I think I might be AroAce…I’m not sure, but I need time to think about it. Cause AroAce people feel little/to no romantic or sexual attraction. Sometimes I feel like I wish I had a relationship whenever I feel lonely, like for example, whenever I watch the Robots movie and whenever I watch it, I always say that I want a relationship like Fender and Loretta. And I’ve had crushes before (on fictional characters), but now I don’t. I don’t have a desire to have sex, but depending on if I find the right person, I might. Same thing with romance. But if I go through my life without any romance or sex, then I’d be fine with it. But I would consider romance and sex if I found the right person. Maybe I’m cupioromantic, idk tbh

Genuine question here: how do I deal with anxiety? Here's a picture:

I've got really bad anxiety, along with some other problems that don't help. Every resource I can find says to practice mindfulness techniques, like breathing and yoga. Therapy, meds, exercise.

The problem is that I do those already. I've been in therapy for over a decade, and yeah, it helped a little. I'm currently taking meds and doing yoga (which is hard due to physical limitations).

I don't know what else I can do. I'm on a high dose of meds, I talk to family members every day, and I go outside. I just want to be normal. I do art, and I write a bit, but I mainly play video games and listen to YT. I know there's no quick fix, I just want something to help.

Question for the otherlink and alterhuman communities

I’ve been identifying as funlink for a while now (corvids, specifically more crow-leaning? But definitely at least a corvid of some type) and even before I was identifying as funlink, I’ve had an odd situation. I’m a system, and ever since a headmate with wings formed, I can feel myself as though I have wings. He has moth wings, and I have crow/corvid wings, so there’s a bit of a difference. He’s able to feel his wings fully when he fronts, including any feeling inflicted to the area his wings are in. I am only able to feel my wings when I think about them, but they feel non-physical, or not fully physical. I can lean against a wall with them and not feel them intersecting with it, but they still feel present. The best way I can describe it is like I have ghost wings attached to me, that I can only feel when I think about them- but I don’t feel any connection necessarily to ghosts.

Anyway my question is this- does this count as shifting? I don’t think I’ve ever had a mental shift, but being able to feel my wings when I think about them sounds like it could be a voluntary physical shift, one that I’m only shifting when I think about it? Idk, just wondering what the community’s thoughts on this are.

Also I might funlink with more things it’s so cool.
