POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR HOLLOW KNIGHT. I haven't finished the game so I'm sorry if this is bad.
Hornet
-She's extremely overprotective, especially when you're traveling.
-she has to drag you away from danger as you tend to wander a lot.
-You and her visit the little knight in Dirtmouth sometimes.
-occasionally, she will sharpen her needle.
-which then leads to you violently stabbing things with it.
-She woke up to you screaming one night, only to rush out of the room and find you playing UNO with the knight and PV. (yes I know UNO doesn't exist in the hollowverse but bear with me here)
-She calls you a "strange little [bug]."
-she's not the best at being affectionate, but will often call you, 'dear', or 'darling.'
-her cooking is absolutely shit. (please teach her)
-likes making crowns of flower and silk with you.

The Pure Vessel
-They pick you up a lot, either carrying you on their shoulder or by your legs upside down.
-they are very affectionate so expect lots of nuzzling or bonking their faceplate against yours.
-they like to sit in the gardens with you while you stroll around and document the different plant life.
-they often gift you flowers, it's their way of showing affection besides acts of service.
-Pure vessel can and will purr if you scratch under their chin.
-they can growl and make noise, but most of the time it's just quiet grunts or huffs.
-They curl around you when you fall asleep, holding you close against them.
-it brings them a bit of comfort to know that you're alive and okay. (foreshadowing)
-they use sign language to communicate.

Ghost | little knight
-they see you as an older sibling.
-you've lost count of how many times you've had to drag them away from the Pale King whilst they're trying to attack him. (let's just pretend he's alive)
-likes it when you read to them. they can't talk but your voice brings them comfort.
-like Pure vessel, they can make noise.
-they sound like a motorboat. you're not sure how. the abyssal shrieking is what creeps you out the most.
-has beat you in UNO more then once.
-enjoys it when you sparr with them.
-You see them in the Colosseum of fools occasionally.
-will slap a sticker or two on your faceplate. their favorites are the stars.
