Working on the second part of this fic (probably gonna make a series) and Thorki being disgustingly in love has already taken over
Thor who thinks sharing a bed with Loki even as adults is completely normal and good and Loki who would just stare at him like he’s insane for suggesting it, and Thor gets wounded and grumpy about it like “But we shared a bed in our youth?” And really Loki should have expected Thor’s thought process to be so lacking in depth when it came to this kind of thing but Loki still won’t willingly share a bed because Thor snores (supposedly) or he hogs all the blankets (supposedly) or he thrashes in his sleep (supposedly) and every other excuse not to because Loki knows the minute he’s in bed with Thor he won’t be able to keep his thoughts purely brotherly but Thor just wants to have Loki in his arms
Anyway. Thor eventually has enough of Loki’s protests and just grabs him up and takes him to bed while Loki acts scandalized but is secretly fighting for his life against impure thoughts because Thor just literally swept him off his feet and into bed.
thorki is peak character relationship dynamic, it has it all and people can’t say they don’t have chemistry because chemistry is all about the volatile elements combining and creating radioactive compounds or giant explosions (exaggeration for the point of dramatic flare) and thorki is of course wildly explosive and terribly reactive AND they just can’t keep away from each other like fluorine and cesium. One desperate to give and the other desperate to take (both elements are highly reactive and will readily bond because fluorine wants an electron BAD, and is very greedy, and cesium is ready and willing to give) I realize this somehow turned into a chemistry post but you get it
