hi im makai and i got horribly attached to an absolute reprehensible garbage scientist
jackal is definitely the type who would rather you compliment her mind / intelligence rather than her looks. now don’t get me wrong, she knows she’s gorgeous! and will definitely use that sometimes, but lordy does she have a huge ego that stems mainly from knowing how smart she is and would totally be all smug and satisfied when you praise that. this also goes in line with how her ego can just totally overtake her caution and let her plans go to foil so it’s also a good way to like completely manipulate her but that’s another thing-
she also does get the tiniest bits awkward when her looks are complimented, given how she wears the mask almost 24/7 and becomes even more so when her eyes are praised.
jackal is 100% into body worship and whether thats a good or bad thing is up to who shes with-

i make fun of jackal. a lot. because she makes choices that deserve to make fun of, as well as being a truly awful person currently so there’s no regret in making fun of her. but she is, actually, a fucking genius. her strengths just do not lie on the battlefield. it’s in science and experimentation.
