Trying to go about everyday life while looking through the filter of your own thoughts, hurt, and problems is a major fault. Not one that's easily admitted or spotted by the one performing the act. The second you realize that you're doing more harm than good to the ones you care about most and yourself in the process by doing this is when you NEED to put it to an end.
