I just love how the line "two friends on a perfect day" from "For Forever" (Dear Evan Hansen) can be misunderstood as "two friends on a perfect date", which kind of matches the situation lol

fandoms: deh, bmc, heathers, hamilton (references to falsettos, 25thAPCSB, rockabye and other musicals)

Imagine the day we start of in Dear Evan Hansen. He never finished his letter, rather finding himself auditioning for the highschool's version of Heathers. He finds himself intertwined in a multitude of scenarios, pockets of gossip and situations. Jeremy Heere's casual breakdown, Connor Murphy being somewhat nice, for some reason lams! A blurred mixture of gayness, drugs, blood, shitposts and irony.

I originally wrote this a while back with the limp prompts for my ex, I am now republishing some of the older chapters and writing up some of the later ones for myself. I have been promising I will write something on my terms but never do. Now I am!!

It's meant to be bad, I wrote this in teenhood whilst trying to figure out where I fit in the world. Some of the plot choices are a little.... hectic. I will give you that. Pretty good for a laugh, although. It's still going!!<3

It currently rains so much in my country. Clouds do apparently think that it's quite a while from the last major floods and we need more water in our gardens and cellars and... hospitals... and schools... and retirement homes. Like what... Ok. Ok.

Just did a DEH sketch. Didn't know that drawing some sleepy boys could be this fun or turn out this well.

I got around to coloring the Connor Murphy sketch I did the other day, and I gave him an Evan too!

Continuing on with the dear evan Hanson rewrite you can't have a musical with out songs and to fit this new version of dear even Hanson the songs ether needed to be edited added to or expanded upon. I also added a couple of new songs as a treat

Sincerely as a reprise at the start of the musical and near the end slowly shifting into a more somber tone each tine

Seeds of what will be (a song taking the place as the first song establishing evan and Conners relation ship showing them as young hopeful children exited to grow up and face the word together

Immediately after words any body have a map plays and establishes the boys current lives and the fact that are not longer friends

Ghost of a chance ( a duet between Conner and evan reflecting on there past together and what kinda of future thay cool have had together if that stuck together instead of separating and being stuck in this hell

Change "my sisters hot" to "l think your hot" in sincerely me

Add sad ghostly instrument motifs to songs fetchering conner

Add gently lively nature wind instruments motifs to evan

"If i could tell her" is changed to if "I could tell him" coiner sings a long with even bit then instead of describing zoe, coner and even shift into describing each other(or guilt for "killing" Connor and not being able to talk to anyone about it) or ( have have of i could tell her be from coiners perspective and he's using even as a way to express his live for his sister

((Note I have no idea what to do with his song I live it and want it to stay in the rewrite but its needs to some how change and i can't decide what thay change should be so feel free to give me your ideas in what u guys think works best))

Change requiem to be less about zoe being rude and actually give people development

At beginning lunch scene they sing sincerely me reprise of them writing the joke letter with end stanza of the real letter

During the drug scene a combo of sincerely me and ghost of a chance plays in while Evan and conner song out there feelings

(( note might just write an entirely new songs instead of just combining 2 reprise nut im lazy and don't want to think about how that all may fit together so give me your thoughts))

Ok so I know dear evan Hanson has gotten a lot of new press recently due to the movie. Most of it not good. believe me I agree that the story is a total trash fire but bear with me the story and songs have potential.

I mean...

What if evan and conner were childhood friends?

What if conner had more Character than being a dead stoner?

What if conner actualy gave a dame about others feelings?

All these questions end more well be answer with my suggestions of a dear evan hands on rewrite. Written by yours truely and any given fans who wants to give there ideas.
