Beast Curse AU
Rock Troll pov of the curse effects, it started in a unknown way in Volcano city and it begined to spread trough all troll kingdoms. After the curse, not knowing exactly what it would do with them in the end, the cursed trolls only knew that the only way of how to free themselves from the curse was by killing all the affected trolls, so they started to threat, kidnap or even kill the non-affected trolls that dare to came closer to their territory to try to find the "solution" for the "beast virus" (since no one actually know if its a curse for real, but no one knew where or how it started so they begin to call it like that)
The Beast Curse can spread by any scar or wound made by a cursed troll or with any contact with their internal DNA (like sweat, tears, saliva, etc)
The non-affected trolls are called Hunters by the beast trolls because of how they see them by the fear of being chased and hunted by them if the hunter trolls ever find out how to free the troll kingdoms from the curse. And from time to time, the common trolls beggined to call themselves like that too, but with their vision of hunting meaning to hunt for a cure or even bless to beat the suppost virus or curse from the, called by them, "beast trolls" or "curse victims".
(In this AU all trolls have diff tails, so if they get infected by the curse they just get bigger or fluffier tails)

I’m making a new Trolls fic called Different Path, Different Troll (I’m still workshopping the name).
The gist of it is:
Branch is worried about the safety of the village and sick of how he’s treated as an outcast. He doesn’t trust them to not lead a Bergen straight to Pop Village. Since his bunker won’t keep them safe permanently, he goes off to search for a new home that the bergens will not find. With an unexpected tag-along (Cooper), Branch encounters other trolls that he never knew existed. Some of these new trolls include a couple of well known bounty hunters.
Im still making the outline of the story, but I’m working on the first chapter. Hope I can get out the first chap in a week or so!! As per my last fic, I’ll have around 1,000 words per chap and my uploading schedule will be mostly random but at most I’ll have a chapter every 2-3 days.
Since I plan to add songs into my fic, I’ve created a Spotify playlist called “Different Path, Different Trolls” on my Spotify acc “Hookfang”. There you’ll see some songs that will potentially be added. It is not a definite list.

Summary: Queen Barb & Poppy have a sleep over, queen Barb has a nightmare about the rock apocalypse.Poppy tries to calm her down while doing so she finds out something new about her fellow queen.
Hey guys this is my first tickle fic I a while so,yea :]

"This is all your fault" "yea throw her in the volcano" as queen Barb stepped back on the cliff she nearly fell off, "I-I'm s-s-sorry ok I didn't mean for this to happen ok I'm sorry" as she pleed she noticed the mob of trolls coming closer "your not sorry you never were" the troll in front of her was Poppy. The rock queen's eyes widened as she was pushed off the cliff into the volcano. " i-im so sorry," she cried as she fell. "I'm sorry" "I'm sorry" "I'm sorry" Poppy woke up hearing queen Barb crying and sobbing.The pop queen got out of bed and walked towards her, she gently started rubbing her back, said queen flipped on her back before almost jumping up "I'm sorry" "Poppy i-im sorry" as she kept apologizing as she bought her arms up to her chest crying harder as she did, queen pop never stopped rubbing her back. "Hey it's ok" "it's ok" Poppy had never seen queen rock like this.
After she calmed down a lil bit she spoke up "i-i had a nightmare" she said looking down.At this Poppy's heart sink, the pop queen held her arms out basically asking if she wanted a hug almost immediately she hugged her tightly " you wanna talk about it" as the pop leader asked she rubbed circles on the others back without answering she just shook her head no.
The room stayed quiet as the two hugged each other until the rock queen spoke up "P-poppy I'm sorry for waking you up" "it's ok you don't have to apologize every body gets nightmares sometimes" the pop troll responded and hugged her tighter "b-but i-im a queen I should be better then that" "Even a queen has nightmares, it's ok" Poppy told her as she looked at the other queen. Said queen was confused. "So you get nightmares?" The rock queen asked.
"Yea, all the time! Well, not all the time that would be weird, right? I mean, I can't imagine having nightmares all the like every day, every -" "Popahapy!" The rock queen giggled as the other kept rambling on. The rock troll shifted herself to lay in the others lap with her head on the other's chest, arms hugging the pop troll's the middle, and legs over the pop queen's lap. Suddenly Poppy had an idea. "*gasp* Are you laughing at me?" She asked playfully offended. The other answered, "yeahas" seeing that Poppy was just playing around."Guess I'll have to give you something to laugh about." Before the rock troll could ask anything, the Poppy lightly tickled her sides "GAAA-pahoahappy" she giggled as her sides were tickled.
"This is what you get for laughing at me >:] " As she spoke, she moved her, tickling to the others (belly gem, idk what to call it?). Given that the queen. In question was wearing nothing but a crop top and shorts her clothes gave no protection. "POAHAHAHAHPPHAHY NAHH" the rock queen screamed "Aww is thwe queeen's liwttle tummy ticklish" Poppy teased in a baby voice making the queen on the side of her squeal "POPAHAHPY PLAHAESE" "ok ok ya big baby" she teased as she squeezed her sides letting the rock queen breathe after a few mins on her sides she went straight for the kill she tickled the other troll's armpits queen Barb slammed her arms down screaming 10x louder than earlier. "POAHAHAHAHPPHAHY POAHAHAHAHPPHY PLAHAESE I CAHAN'T"
After what felt like hours (only five minutes later), Poppy finally stopped rubbing her back again. "You ok, I didn't kill you, did I?" She asked genuinely concerned. "Nahao," the grey troll giggled at the question. The two friends hugged each other again, falling asleep together this time. It's safe to say that Queen Barb didn't have any more nightmares that night as she slept peacefully with her best friend.

SHE'S DOOOOONE!!! Here is Darcey's character guide! She is a pop/disco troll who enjoys a lot of 70's/80's jams alongside modern pop. She is my everything and represents many of my real life interests and hobbies. Her pink skates are based off of my real skates! This ref sheet has sat half finished since March I'm glad she now has the ref she deserves. I think the background painting in the first image took longer than all these pages combined haha.
