I think Rosier not fitting Barty is just that much better because you know he is still so very proud of having the name
okay Barty and Evan don’t seem like the type of couple to get married they just seem more like the date forever type
but if they did get married or even if they didn’t i can totally see Barty taking Evans last name both because he hates his dad and wants nothing to do with him and also to spite him
